Very nice, upscale. I ordered prime rib. Cost 45. I could have got the same at any restaurant for about half the price. Waiter, very knowledgeable and polite. Good service. I had a taste of bone in ribeye 58, it was very good.

My wife and I have taken many brewery tours across the country, and we were both disappointed by this one. Usually most tours speak of the brewing process. This one hit upon the scale of Miller's business via the bottling and shipping process, but included little on the tanks, ingredients, etc. The cave visit was a redeeming factor, but then the beer tasting selection at the end was limited and uninspiring. The time would have been better spent touring one of the many smaller breweries in the area.

So we sit down and 8 guys on a bachelor party are behind us. The language from these imbeciles was horrible. Kids are everywhere, they didn't seem to notice or care. Me my wife, two kids had to leave. Went to the usher working aisle T420 who placed us in a new seat away from the "party". I wish I got his name, the usher. He was amazing. He even gave my son a Brewers hat and checked in on us. It was our 1st trip there and that gentleman turned a very bad experience into a good one.

We made a last minute decision to go to the Miller brewery and it was great. The tour is totally free! It comes with all of the corporate polish you would expect. I have done a ton of brewery visits, but this was unique because of the scale, history, and significance to the city of Milwaukee. You get four reasonable pours of beer at the end. That and the visit to the caves would be worth an entrance fee but once again, it is totally free!

We had a great time on the Miller Brewery Tour. Our tour guide was good as he knew about the history of the Brewery however he did not interact very much with the group which would have livened things up a bit. The tour was about an hour long and there are some stairs to climb to get to certain parts of the brewing process. The old buildings had beautiful architecture and it was interesting to see the brewing and bottling process. You also can't beat that it's a free Tour including 3 free tastings at the end with mini pretzels (we had nice size samplings of Miller Lite, Miller High Life and Redd's Apple Ale). They also take your picture at the beginning of the tour where you get to choose your prop (we chose the heart shaped sign with It's Miller Time on it). At the end, you have the option to purchase a package that includes 2 pictures (a 4x6 and 5x7), a coozie and a key chain for $25 which I thought was pretty reasonable so we purchased it. The pictures are a nice keepsake. It would have been nice to have the option to purchase food with beer at the end at the Inn (we didn't have lunch yet so we were pretty hungry). All in all we had a great time and it was worth seeing for our first time in Milwaukee.

One of my favorite brewery tours of all time. It's free and about 45 minutes long. You see a bunch of the beer buildings as well as the caves. And it ends with three beers!

Second time visiting a major brewery where my first was the Budweiser brewery in Fairfield. The tour is interesting and certainly full of history however it consumes more time than they claim. The entire tour is an advertisement for how good their beer is and how they benefit the community which is to be expected but it sometimes takes away from the history and information provided in the tour. The facility however, is very pretty and I found it interesting to see how it evolved over the years.
