On behalf of the Family members and many Friends of Nancy Genelli we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the beautiful way you assisted us throughout the journey. Mom thought very highly of Rick and cherished their friendship and confidently entrusted him and Miles of Sterling to support and help us in the time of mourning and celebration. Many thanks to every individual at Miles Funeral Home who assisted me in making the final arrangements for my mother. Tim was able to guide me through all of the necessary arrangement - minister, organist, cemetery interment, and collation. Without being overbearing, Tim was able to gentle guide my family and me through each detail that needed to be tended to. My mother had chosen Miles many years ago after they assisted in my father’s arrangements in the 1990s. Each and every time I called Miles with a question - no matter how small, I always received thoughtful and immediate assistance.

Meaning brilliant and shining.
This is how I would describe the funeral services conducted by Miles Funeral Home for our daughter Andrea Elizabeth La Vigne.
The attention to detail and your sensitivity to our family needs was spectacular.
You provided a cushion of peace and comfort to every part of the week. You supported my entire family throughout the whole planning process.
Andrea's final resting place was prepared with perfection and spirituality as the entire Miles Staff unveiled a moving lasting tribute.

Miles Funeral Home was very professional and caring when providing my family the necessary services when we lost a loved one. From the very first phone call, the preparation for the calling hours, funeral, burial, obituary, and mercy meal was phenomenal. Their follow-up after everything was over was so comforting. Now, I’m able to attend a workshop that they offer for dealing with the loss of a loved one during the upcoming holidays. I am so grateful for Miles and the dedication of everyone of their employees.
