Very good overall. Love the fact that they have a gate entrance with 24/7 access. Storage unit was clean. Was able to quickly get a unit and cancel it as needed without hassle. Friendly staff. A little bit pricey but I think you get your money worth, knowing that your stuff is secure

Overall a very good facility. Easy access, clean and price is very reasonable. The door to the climate control area is in rough shape and needs work. Also hall lighting could be better.

I was especially impressed that they noticed my unit was empty (lock removed) less than 24 hours after I moved out without notifying them. I always felt my items were safe there and they were very pleasant to deal with. The only problem i ever had was when i found out that their pay 2 get one free advertised promotion didn't apply to all units. They could clarify that on the roadsign, but beyond that I could not have been happier

Friendly service and great communication. The facilities are clean and have very reasonable rates. Storage space was available for my daughter who is now out of state. The office set up payment arrangements for her quickly and easily. Kathy took care of us from the time we moved my daughter's belongings into the unit until the day we had emptied the unit. I highly recommend their services and would surely use them again. Thank You Kathy!
