I've always trusted Mike's and can drive away with confidence that the problem is fixed. Cheryl is great in communicating what is needed. What a better experience than the big dealerships!

I am a junior at northland college in Ashland Wisconsin. I am from Illinois and on my 7 hour drive my alternator gave our. I found this small family owned mechanics and I've never been to a more kinder and really reliable small town mechanics. Sheryl the wife of the owner mike is amazing and super helpful. They had all my parts and were able to fix it within 2 hours. If you need something fixed at a good price by great people and be treated with lots kindness go to mikes.

Absolutely the best service that I have had when it comes to vehicle repair. I have gone to other shops that would not be up front and honest about repairs but I didn't find that here! Absolutely would recommend anyone to go there!!!
