Fast wash, not very good rinse and dry. There was some foam on the car, especially close to trunk and license plate. Some dirt in these areas too. be prepared to wipe the glass if you don't want the water drops to dry and leave a white residue.

I love this place. I come almost every other week (give or take). Everyone is always smiling and the gal who took care of me today was the sweetest! Grady is pretty cool too 😎 thanks guys for keeping my car nice and clean!

Purchased the ultimate wash. Very very disappointed. For $20 darn dollars my car should have been clean. My car only had road film on it because of the rain. Rear of car, window, trunk lid and bumper were still dirty. Wheel wells also still dirty. I can do a better job at home with a darn hose. Please save your money!! Not a happy camper for the outrageous price. Schillings in Niles does a way better job even at the lowest costing wash. Never again.

I will come here everytime over any other car wash in the area. My Supercrew cab 6.5' bed- F150 fits in here with ease! I cannot say that for too many places!
I have always left clean. The staff are dressed very nicely and are by far the most polite of any other car wash from here to Virginia.
(DC, MD, DE, PA, MI,VA, NC I have yet to find a better car wash.)

Repeatedly have asked for the back of the car to be sprayed/washed and this is the result (4 washes in a row as a matter of fact). If you want 3/4 of your car washed this place is great, unfortunately I'd prefer the whole car to be washed. I was told "that's weird" after driving back around and showing the employee. I'll stick with Drive & Shine

I visited Mike's car wash for the first time on Sunday Jan 15. I was greeted by 3 very polite and courteous gentleman, one of which was the manager. One of the guys even drew pictures with soap on my son's window. He loved it. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and a great wash. I will be back.

I likes Mikes. Get a good car wash and the people there are very friendly.

One time I have had issue where they had just replaced the air dryers. It was too powerful for my back windshield wiper on my SUV. It wound up bending the wiper arm back and breaking it. I reported it to the Mikes Car Wash management.

No problem. They filled out a report and gave me a number to call and get it authorized to be replaced. That reminds me, I need to get that replaced :) I used to go to another car wash, and their first response was to disavow and then try to question if it even happened there. Mikes was very open and responsive to satisfy my issue. Thanks!
