Excellent work! We had our window tint done because our original was bubbling and making it impossible to see. They got the old tint off with no damage. I was told that some bubbles and streaks can be a normal part of the drying process but it’s looked perfect since we picked it up nearly a week ago and we are so happy!

Made an appointment to have front windshield tinted to protect dash from sun. Told it would take 45 minutes, got there 20 minutes early,( appt 11:00) didn’t finish til 1:40. Why did I make an appointment? I have read reviews, this seems to be the norm. I will find another place to take my vehicle next time. No excuse for this big of delay, must have one person doing this?

Definitely do not recommend them for any kind of detail service. I paid for the highest level service and received a $75 knock over job at best. Screws removed from the top of the dash and left on top of dash. Not sure what that was for. Dog hair and stains still on seats and carpet not cleaned. Even after leaving it a second day for them to do what was paid for. To bad I can't post pictures on here. Could have gotten a better job done at Teen Challenge Car Wash. Kids at the auto part's store doing fund raising car wash do a better job. I reached out to Preston about my shifter being replaced unauthorized and illegally. Now the remaining Powertrain Warranty is voided, because this is not a licensed automotive repair facility. And the story I was told is BS at best about what happened. I should have been notified if there was really a issue with the shifter. At no time did I give verbal or written consent to do repairs to my truck. Funny Preston claimed they got the shifter from Hill Kelly Dodge. And Hill Kelly Dodge doesn't have a record of any purchase by Mike Ryan's since back in March.
Was contacted via Google to call at my convenience to get this issue straightened out. Have called 4 day's in a row and gotten nasty attitude from employees and supposedly owner "at doctor, just stepped out". What a bunch of crooks and liars. Guess next step is calling a lawyer.response / report this review -

I needed a hard-to-find key for my truck SnugTop tonneau cover.
Mike Ryan's had one in stock AND when asked what I owed them for the key I was told "absolutely nothing g you have a great day".
Preston, the sales manager, has gotten a customer for LIFE.
Their associates, products, techs, installers, and assortment of services offered are all exceptional.
Highly recommend for anything and everything from rims to window tinting to camper shells & tonneau covers and alarms.
Parking lot is a bit tight so do use caution.
Easy to notice as they're right next to Marcus Pointe Baptist Church. Enter their parking lot from the road between the church & Mike Ryan's (not directly from W Street).response / report this review -

My wife and I went there to look for something for my truck. We stood there for about 15 minutes while people talked behind the counter and never even said hello. We figured that they didn't want our business so we left. We went somewhere else and won't go back.

The staff here is always friendly and attentive. They do their best to get you your items as quickly as possible or get them installed for you as fast as they can. Never had a problem here. Service has always been good.

This place is a trainwreck to get work done, but their actual work was good. We needed a simple clearbra material installed on one of our side mirrors and that proved to be a huge hassle when going in to get our vehicle looked at. There were plenty of staff yet none seemed to be available to simply look at our car despite there being only one or two other customers. As well, despite agreeing on the repair payment being conducted through an outside agency we were forced to pay for the labor before leaving.
