Good but not great. Order cafeteria style. Plain tables. I had a pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries for $11.85. The pork serving was generous sized and pretty good. The sandwich bun was your typical cheap hamburger buns.

Good smoke flavor, but very mild sauces and seasonings. The meat itself is great but if you want spicy sauce or a more dry rub flavor this may not be your place.

5 star food, 2 star service (last visit). I've had good experiences here for many years until my visit this past weekend. The woman who took my order very clearly misheard me order a pulled pork sandwich when I said pulled chicken. Keep in mind that I NEVER eat pork so would not have ordered it. I noticed immediately the mistake on my receipt and let her know. I deferred politely, not placing blame, by asking whether I had said pulled pork (I knew I didn't, but why blame her directly? Didn't want to be rude). She said no problem and that she'd change it. I was getting my drink and I heard her straight up blaming me and complaining to the kitchen, saying it was my fault (the customer) and how I said pulled pork when I ordered blah blah blah. It was pretty rude to hear her blaming a customer for a very minor mistake she had made. It was just kind of gross to see her deflecting blame to me. Your employees should own up and realize we are all human, and just suck it up when they misheard an order instead of making their customers feel uncomfortable. Won't be back, at least for a while.

With that said, I should say that the owners of this establishment are top notch and are great people. They make awesome food here, and if you want good barbecue you definitely shouldn't pass it up. I personally think it's better than Phil's.

To the lady at the front: be careful what you say about your customers, they're listening

Nice size portions. Clean establishment, good and friendly staff. Food is good, but not great. Fries and coleslaw were excellent. Chicken was a little dry and I prefer a sweeter BBQ suace (personal preference). But over all a good dinner experience

Coming from the guy that grew up in Kansas City, Brett's BBQ is the real deal. Great portions, great sauce, evenly cooked, an excellent Service as well. I highly recommend that you give Brett's BBQ a try.

Exceptional food. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. What else can you ask for?!? Family of 4 (2 boys) for $60. And we were full. I recommend without reservation.

I've never been to this place myself, but I ordered delivery from them several times. Their chicken and baby ribs are delicious, smokey enough, but not over smoked. Salads on the side (coleslaw and potato) are very good, too. Size of the portions is large enough to feed 3-4 people.

Brisket sandwich was average, nothing extraordinary. Potato salad and sweet tea are the only reason why I'm giving three stars. Atmosphere is subpar, reminds me of a BBQ version of McDonald's.

Delicious. You have great options to select from. Last time we went I got the baked potato with chicken and it was delicious. They have large platters if you're very hungry and average size meals if you are not. The staff is very friendly. Good parking also

This BBQ restaurant was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant and the customer service was outstanding. The owner, Brett, was there and helped us make our selections. The most important thing is the ribs. The baby back ribs and chicken were made to perfection. They were tender, tasty and the sauce was excellent. The service was quick but, this is not fast food. Brett told us that it takes hours to smoke the ribs and chicken. I highly recommend this restaurant.
