These people are the rudest I've ever encountered. When I got my IUD they told me it was fully covered. Six months later I get a call while I'm driving from the rudest person I've ever spoken to asking me for money or they'll send it to collections. I'm shocked and trying to figure out what it's for since I was told it was covered and the angry woman on the phone threatens me. I told her I'd give them the money but I want some questions answered since this was so long ago. She continues to be rude and just presses me to pay her while I'm driving. Fully paid and not dead on the highway- safety first! Avoid this place and do NOT trust them when they say you're covered because they probably won't even check.

Mid Kansas Womens Center has always been polite, efficient, and on-time with my appointments. They are proactive if an appointment needs to be rescheduled, and always send emails / texts to remind me of an upcoming appointment which I appreciate. I love that their check-in process is paperless and involves tablets! Thanks MKWC and Dr. Rogers!
