  Its a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained too. But the staff is not knowledgeable at all.
  I could only get a queen room while booking. Upon checking in I asked the front desk lady as the hotel seemes to be pretty empty if there was any king room available as it was me, my husband and my infant baby and fitting onto the queen bed would be difficult. She did not even check the availability and told me that if thats what we bookes then it cannot be changed. I told her to atleast check as I have a baby with me to which she said that I can make the baby sleep onto the small seat by the window. I wonder how could she even suggest the idea that a 10 month old infant can sleep on a small bench like seat by the window without any side rails for support.
  It was pretty late at night to hunt for another hotel else I would have just for this weird suggestion.
  Hotel itself is nice but the staff need to learn some ethics.

  Very clean feels new hotel. We arrived late at night and were in town for a funeral. The kindness of the front desk manager was much appreciated as he made us feel welcomed and even was our bartender for a midnight glass of wine. Very adequate breakfast the next morning. Great hotel and even better service!

  This was an exceptional stay. Brandi was a wonderful hostess, cooking us wings and fries with our beer in their small bar. They also have breakfast to get you started the next day. Well worth the price for this service.

  What a great service Mike gave us. It was my honeymoon night. He did everything possible to make our night special. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

  We had a wonderful experience. The rooms are updated and clean. We got upgraded to a suite and they had a Continental breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We recommend this as a quick stay while traveling, it is right off I-75.

  Beautiful and very clean. The rooms are modern and just gorgeous. Great if your traveling with a pet and the price is perfect compared to other places. Best western where its 84 dollars plus the pet fee , you a receive a room that has musty dog smell. Microtel is very clean the rooms smell clean even the pet friendly ones. Staff is very friendly great for a night stay while traveling, Definitely recommend. Keep up the great work!

  Deion is totally awesome and the other employees have always been really helpful and attentive. Rooms are always perfect. And I mean Perfect. I never schedule my stay but they've never been booked up and it's nice to be just a little bit away from the main drag. A+ . . More than you can really ask for and always reasonable rates for the whole rest of the state

  We were very happy with our stay at Microtel Inn. The staff was awesome, and friendly. The room was clean couldn't have asked for anything better. Can't wait to stay there again.

  Good place, clean, room a bit small, single bed, comfortable, clean sheets, clean bathroom, good food nearby (Papa Joes) average price. Overall very satisfied.

  Recently remodeled. Even though its pet friendly all of their pet rooms are under renovation, so I had to put my dogs in a kennel for 2 weeks. The last 4 days I was there they had several guests arrive with dogs who were allowed to keep their dogs in their room.

  Always verify the hotel amenities and features before actually going there. My wife hates talking to people so she books everything online without confirming with a live human. We booked a pet-friendly room only to get here and find out the place is under construction and they have no pet-friendly rooms. No access to the fitness room, either. However the staff is very nice and the pool is very clean and not too chlorinated.
