M. Michles the lawyers and paralegal staff lacked communications skills, they don't give status, respond to phone calls or e-mails, not close to 100% satisfied, excellent job not even satisfactory. Not accessible, polite, friendly, wonderful, or very progressive would and have not recommended to family and friends or co-workers. Marcus Michles come across with superior like attitude he tries to bully and talk down to you, some of us have as much or more education just in a different field. You were paid for a service, do your jobs and don’t make your clients feel like their case has been outsourced to India!!!!!!They get a star because they got a settlement.

Why are Michles & Booth attorneys and employees posting 5 star reviews about how great the firm and Mr. Michles are and how much they care about their clients? Reviewing yourselves makes it look like your deflecting negative reviews and permitting perspective clients to make a hiring decision based on misleading reviews. Most litigation law firms already advertise way too much which is confusing enough without employees reviewing their firm. Don’t you think M&B’s time would be better spent working on client cases and returning calls and e-mails in a timely manner? Looks as if there are more reviews from your employees then from supposed clients, maybe you should go back to your client of the month videos, I am sure there is one of your clients you can get to do it.

I was rear ended badly by a women who was texting while driving. I split my lip open and herniated a disc in my neck. They were able to refer me to amazing doctors and a chiropractor that worked diligently to help me get back to feeling normal. I could not have been happier with my experience with Michles and Booth. Not only did Mr. Michles himself handle my base, but they were also very professional and courteous. They always keep me abreast of the situation with my case without me having to call for updates. All of their staff were a pleasure to deal with and very friendly as well. I wouldn't recommend a single other injury attorney in town!

They denied me a consultation. Never called me back, after five days I called them and they said they emailed me to tell me they would not even see me but I never received an email from them. I would never recommend this law firm if you are trying to appeal a social security disability case.

I had been through several attorney's before Michles & Booth. I can not say enough about the quality of service, and integrity provided by their staff. They made a bad situation, so much better! I highly recommend them!!!
