The law firm that doesn’t feel like a law firm.

If you find yourself in the position of needing an attorney, chances are it’s not the happiest of times in your life. Everyone at this office made going through those times a lot easier. After a terrible hit and run, Cherie Fine and Natalie Lyons walked me through the otherwise excruciating process of dealing with the disaster. Jack And Julie Fine we’re also an a tremendous help as well as Paul at the front desk who was always a pleasure to speak to. I was able to get all the medical and financial help I needed because of them. Their advice and compassion was always warm-hearted and helpful. They could not be more trustworthy people. If you ever need help with your legal matters, I'm telling you not to hesitate to call them! They are so empathetic, knowledgeable and compassionate.

My situation was stressful, but receiving help from this firm alleviated much of that stress. I would receive periodic updates which made me realize that they were working very hard behind the scenes to build a strong case. On the actual day, I was so grateful for how the case was presented and the preparation that went into making sure that my voice was heard. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Mr. Dan Valasquez is a fine lawyer and I had to give him a hug at the end for all his work. This is a great firm and I highly recommend it.

After allowing someone to borrow my car, in which she was at fault in a fender bender, the other party hired this law firm to draw out years of litigation just to be awarded in the end $0 by a jury of six in the courtroom. Hours of my family's time and insurance premiums gone way up just because these personal injury lawyers wanted a few tens of thousands of dollars through litigation, which they didn't get!

By the way, I wasn't at the scene of the accident, so it was kind of pointless to depose me.

I would give them 100 stars if I could!
All your negative thoughts about attorneys can be discarded at their door. They were ALL totally understanding and straightforward.
My case was a boating accident. Something they had limited experience with. It is very different from an auto accident where the vehicles remain in place and can be examined to determine liability.
They quickly got up to speed and their predictions were as accurate as possible.
Everything was handled in a highly professional manner while maintaining equal ground with me.
No "I am the attorney, and you are not" attitudes.
My case was settled without going to trial. They presented a strong position and let the opposing attorney figure it out for themselves.
No contentiousness at all. Total co-operation all around.
I keep using "they" because they are an integrated unit. They are a cohesive team.
The attorneys at the firm understand how much of their success relies on their "team".
I cant say enough about their efficiency, realistic thinking, and no grandstanding or attitudes toward/by anyone. Plus positive results.
If you are in need of representation you cant do any better.
