This was my first time at Michigan Road Auto and I was VERY pleased with the service. I was hesitant to go to any place New but Don was friendly and patient. Turns out the repairs that needed done were costly so it took me a couple days to transfer money and they were understanding and patient waiting for that to be completed. Once I got that all situated the shop said we will put you back in line to complete the work but it may not be done till the day after tomorrow (2 days later). I was very pleasantly surprised when I got a call the next day saying my Jeep was ready to go. I would highly recommend Michigan Road Auto for being friendly and knowledgeable.

I've gone to Michigan Road Auto since I moved to Indianapolis in 2008. Even when I haven't been in for awhile Don always remembers who I am. He has been honest with me and has always taken good care of me. If there is something he can't do he will recommend someone that he knows will get the job done right. He always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

A friend referred me to the shop. I decided to call and inform them of the recent issues occurring with my Traverse. I spoke with Don and was able to drop my vehicle off the very next morning.. within a couple of hours I knew what repairs were needed and the cost. By the evening I was informed that repairs were completed and it was ready for pick up. I picked my vehicle up this morning and am very pleased with the work done and the cost.
They are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The communication was great which I have not experienced with previous mechanics/shops. I will most certainly be a repeat customer for future repairs and maintenence service!

This was my first time coming here. Looked it up online the night before, needed my muffler changed out. I came back after 2 hours when he’d have time and got my car in quick! This shop is super clean, very friendly staff, and very inviting. My regular mechanic passed away so his shop is closed indefinitely. I will be moving close to this area next month and will make this place my go-to shop when needed! I like it here! 5 STARS!!!
