Michael is a consummate professional with a great depth of knowledge about not just the real estate market, but the area in general. He was able to answer every question we had about a home or neighborhood and was a great advisor to my husband and I throughout our home search. He is very friendly, easy to talk to and always seemed to have our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Michael to any person looking to buy or sell a home in northeast Ohio! You won't be disappointed in the service you will receive from him!

I've bought and sold with Michael Hignett. I have found him to be very friendly and professional. He did all he could to take time, walk my wife and I through the process, while explaining everything. He is very knowledgeable on the local market. If you are in the market, you will not find a friendlier guy. He treats every deal like you are his VIP customer.
