Professional, exceptional and very personable. Bernardo and his team made every effort to keep me informed throughout the entire painting process. From the level of detail his team put into painting my home to the swift setup and tear down of their workstations. I was genuinely impressed with the service they provided. We were extremely happy with the painting job by Bernardo and his crew. When Bernardo initially met with us, we were very impressed with his professionalism; and he took the time to discuss what was important to us in fulfilling the job. The crew were fast, very personable, polite, and wanted to be sure we were happy with the results. They even went the extra mile to be sure the side of the house that was more weather-beaten got an extra coat of paint. They also said to call them if we find anything that we were not satisfied with and they would come back to fix it. We could go on and on about our experience, but I’m sure if anyone decides on using Bernardo’s, they will be happy they did!

Bernardo and his crew have added another pleased and satisfied customer to their list! We hired Bernardo to repaint the exterior of our house and can now attest to the high quality of work and personalized attention afforded by this company. From the start, we were impressed with both Bernardo and his crew. Bernardo promptly responded to our initial inquiry, and in a matter of days, he surveyed our house, met with us to understand our expectations, and provided us with a quote. As for the crew, they greeted us every morning upon their arrival, conducted themselves professionally, and informed us daily about their progress. When the job was finished, Bernardo had us join him in a final inspection to make sure that we were satisfied with their services. We will definitely call Bernardo when we’re ready for our next paint job!

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Bernardo’s Painting and the awesome results of his skilled staff. We needed the interior of a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo painted in preparation for a sale. We spoke with two painting companies before we found Bernardo’s Painting. We were impressed with his responsiveness and knowledge with our first phone call. He performed a thorough walkthrough of the condo and made recommendations based on the fact that we were selling the property. At that time, he then provided a quote with detailed explanations of the work to be done. We found the quote reasonable given that the interior had never been painted before and there was a fair amount of surface work that needed to be done.

We do not live in the condo being painted so we did not have any interaction with his crew but saw the results of their efforts, a beautiful painting job and newly installed wood flooring untouched by paint.

We were extremely impressed, from start to finish, with the professionalism, expertise and excellent communication that Bernardo’s Painting provided. Providing excellent customer service was evident in all of Bernardo’s actions. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Bernardo's Painting did a phenomenal job painting the exterior of our house and CMU walls. The entire process from start to finish was absolutely great. Bernardo came to our house for a walk-through and discussed the entire process, immediately provided us with a quote, promptly responded to our phone calls and emails, provided us with previous photos and videos for ideas, and checked-in with us to see if we were interested in an earlier date, which we chose. Esmo and the crew were punctual throughout the entire project, did great prep work, were very detailed, we had no issues with over-spray at all, they cleaned up daily, did touch-ups during the final walk-through and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The company's overall quality and excellent customer service earns them 5 stars.
