I've been eating at this establishment for years and normally the food is fairly decent, on occasion though it seems as if they try to cut corners. For example I ate there on Thursday October 19, 2017 and I ordered a large and a regular zesty chicke alfrado and on the large I got what felt like four pounds of boiled fettuccine noodles with about 1/2 a cup of Alfredo sauce and just a few pieces of chicken, and the same for the small. Also the sause had the consistency of water when Alfredo sauce is traditionally much thicker. Cost $15.
I could have save $10 and ate McDonald's and not have been as disappointed.response / report this review -

Waited for 10 minutes in line. Finally seated and waited another 25 minutes, no water, no drink order. All I got was a repetitive, "I'll be with you in a moment." I'd never been there before, I'm from NYC area and really wanted some good Italian food and this was a bust. I'll never go back there again. Maybe they didn't want me for a customer?

Ive been eating here for well over ten years. If you dont like the food then your trying the wrong dish! Give the loaded breadsticks a try. Service is like being at home with family!
