We love this Larosa's! We order from them online at least five times a week. The web site is super easy to use. It is even easy to place orders with specific instructions or to change certain things about the item you're ordering.

Called to order a pizza from the restaurant across the street. You have to order through a central order number. I was on hold for over five minutes. Then I tried to call the local store. You cannot find the phone number. I tried to to call customer service after I ordered the pizza to find the status
and waited another 10 minutes then gave up. Why does it take over one hour to wait for a pizza that is made right across the street. If you want to avoid aggravation, then don't order take out from here. Call Dominos.

We just arrived home after celebrating my husband's cousin's 16th birthday party. She specifically requested LaRosas as it is her favourite. The party room is huge, with plenty of space for comfortable seating. The buffet was set up perfectly. It was easy to get yourself a glass of soda and head straight to the food. The staff were friendly and checked in often. They were not pushy or trying to kick out the group, which consisted a range of people from 5-years-old to teenagers to parents to grandparents. We live in Colerain and this was our first time here. The salad and pizza were fresh and well prepared. Everything was clean and extremely well organized. Even the bathroom was clean and well stocked. It is a shame for the negative reviews, however we found the pizzeria to be a delight and a great place to host a party.

We stopped here after shopping at Jungle Jim's and it was great. We came at a slow time, got great service and delicious food. I had the ravioli and the marinara was not too sweet, I really liked it. I loved the bread sticks, too. My mom got a deep dish 8" veggie pizza and was very pleased. We ordered more bread sticks halfway through the meal. =D Four stars just because the atmosphere is a bit bland.
