Extremely courteous and professional i would not hesitate to use him again. Came out to my house at 6pm on a Saturday and saved me from myself. He also made me 2 extra keys for my 71 c20.

You are locked out. If you are anywhere near McKinney, TX, DO NOT waste your time searching online for anyone elsejust call on Tom of Meyer's Local Locksmith. In my case, he was on site in less time it took to receive a call back from the others.

After over an hour of working through calling the top 12 online search results, I was disgusted to find out that 9/10 of those companies (most with slick websites but no personal touch) are all basically tied back to the same overseas dispatcher service.

Going into hour 2, I really wanted to talk to a human that was withing 50 miles of my situation and I was lucky to have found Tom's business listing. It was after 10pm on a Saturday.

He, an actual human, answered my phone call and we were off to the races. He texted me requesting the address I needed him to come to, sent an ETA, and even a traffic delay related update with his current location.

When he arrived, he got straight to work and, without exaggeration, he had my SUV unlocked in less than 90 seconds of exiting his van. It took only a few more minutes for him to replace the dead battery in my key fob (which caused the problem in the first place by allowing the fob to be locked inside), recode and pair the fob to the vehicle, write the invoice, and take payment. All of this and absolutely NO DAMAGE to the vehicle.

He was personable, efficient, and professional in both demeanor and appearance. He charged a reasonable rate that was within industry standards. I don't think you can expect any better of a service experience. His work turned a stressful situation into a pleasant outcome. Did I mention my dog was in the vehicle (kenneled thankfully)?

I have to agree with the others praising Tom - he really does come through for his clients! It would be prudent to take note for when you need his services.

Super fast, fixed my issue and extremely well priced. Tom coordinated our meeting, fixed my motorcycle saddlebag locks and even keyed them to match the ignition key! They're not first in the alphabetical listing, but Meyer's is first in quality, price and availability! Give them a try!

Thank You to Meyers local Locksmith, for taking car of my 1964 Ford Fairlane. Only guy that could of done it, the Classic way! Great Personality too! I recommend him.
