This was my first time visiting this location of Mexican Inn and it was a wonderful experience. The staff and management were very prompt and professional. There wasn't a single time our drinks or chips/salsa were completely empty. The food is priced nicely and came quickly. The presentation of the food is what you'd expect at any normal Mexican Restaurant. The food itself was hot, delicious and filling. One thing that is slightly different is their chips and salsa. The chips they use are closer to frito type corn chip, instead of the standard tortilla chip. I personally think it was delicious and a nice change up to the norm. All in all this was a great dining experience. Good food, good prices and great staff make for somewhere we'll be returning to in the future.

Tonight while in town on biz, I went by and got a special meal to take back to my hotel. Imagine my disappointment when I got back and found out it was the totally wrong meal! I called and the manager had the correct meal delivered to my nearby hotel. Now that’s customer service! And I will return! By the way, it was delicious and the homemade chips & salsayum!

About the worst Mexican food I have ever had. I used to love this place and location, I have no idea what changed. Chips tasted like really old Fritos, salsa which i used to love tasted like ketchup with onions in it. Ordered the number 2 with chicken instead of just cheese. Could not even finish it. Please fix this location. I have no idea what happened but this used to be a amazing place to grab great Mexican food. Thank you.

We went here for dinner tonight and it was the absolute worst experience. We were sat outside. Waited about 10 mins before anyone took our drink order. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our drinks. I asked for some lemons. Never got them. Waited 30 mins for our food to arrive. We had a corndog order for the kid and he was the last one to get his food. I mean 10 mins after everyone else. Which is not right at all. We got our corn tortilla which were raw. Sent them back the next ones were raw still. Sent them back when we got new ones they were still RAW. I told them to forget about it. I didn't want anymore raw tortillas. Very disappointed. The tortillas are one of the main reasons we go here. We complained to the manager because we didn't know who our server was they never introduced themself. Every time someone came to our table it was a different person so who knows who the server was. We will not be returning here ever again. We did get our meal free because the serves was so horrible. Never again.

This place used to be our favorite place to go, but the last 3 times we have been, the chips were disgusting. This is upsetting since that is our main draw to the restaurant. They used to be fresh, but are always stale now, like not even by a little, they have been discustingly stale. Hard to eat. When we asked if they had fresher chips, they literally brought us the same chips back, literally the same bowl. We have been to almost all of the Fort Worth area Mexican Inns and lately this has been the worst one by far. Guess we will have to drive to go to the one we want if we ever go in the future.

The service in the in the bar/patio is always great! And the staff is friendly. Also the margaritas are absolutely delicious!

Food was delicious, wait staff very slow or seldom seen. Had to wait for tea refills and when the fajitas came no sides like pica de gayo or quacomole or cheese which I never got. Got two flour tortillas for a plate full of fajitas.

My husband and I love Mexican Inn it is one of the places he took me on a date before we were married. We still love it. Today the sweet tea was excellent. The Guacamole was awesome made with fresh avocados. Caso is the best !!!! Was an awesome meal.

I don't typically write reviews about my experiences at restaurants but this was unacceptable. My family came into town and we decided to go eat here. It was on a Tuesday night. It was not busy, just steady. The hostess sat us (3 people) at our table. We were not given any silverware and we waited for quite a while to get chips and salsa. The bus boy however brought only one small bowl of chips and one salsa when there were three of us. He then went to another table and gave each person at the other table individual chips and salsa for each person. The bus boy never came back with any more chips or salsa for the rest of us at my table. Then the hostess walked back over and only gave two silverware, again there were three of us. This entire time we never got service from a waiter. We waited about 15 minutes with one bowl of chips, one salsa, and no drinks. We saw other waiters attending tables but no one ever checked on us. A table next to us had the same issue, no waiter. We eventually just left. I understand if it was busy and a waiter couldn't get to us right away, but it wasn't busy. We never got our chips and salsa and no one even noticed we were sitting there. Very unorganized at this location and I won't be returning.
