Routes are limited, and dont run late enough, but theyre reliable within 20 minutes of scheduled times.

Bus never showed up and I missed class. This is the second time. I always leave super early to guarantee there is no way to miss it. If a bus is running that late, have a backup bus.

Its improving as times move foward still needs more improvement bus drivers are nice and helpfull however way too much panhandling that happen there. I would like to see the bathrooms redone.

I just recently started riding metro and have had great drivers and a great expierience. I let them know it was my first ride and the east main drive was a women and she helped me go to where I would get to next bus transfer. That wasso helpful and the bus drivers are great thank you for your service

I slipped and fell the other night and ended up breaking my ankle significantly and now I have to have surgery. The driver didn't even make a report on it because he didn't even ask my name or anything. He just asked if I was okay and when I was off the bus he left. There was another gentleman that got off at the same stop as me that was kind and helped me cross the street. Whoever that guy was and if he sees this, Thank you again.

For their van services sometimes they'll be really late or not show up at all. Overall their drivers are nice people except for the experience I had today where they chose another pickup over mine even though I was already a half hour late. and was pretty rude demanding my fare as soon as I got on. I'd be cautious when using the Van services. Don't be surprised if they're late or don't show up at all.

I like Metro Transit however the only major problem I have is 90% of the bus drivers are not very kind. I see how they interact with other's and they are pretty friendly however they are not to me. I tried to say hello when I bored the bus they ignore me. Some of the drivers roll their eyes when I get on the bus so I have gave up on being respectful to them because they have no respect for me. It amazes me how people who are suppose to serve the public can be so rude to someone they don't even know anything about. I get I look funny looking to the general public and I'm obviously kind of mentally ill but I still should be treated with the same respect as others.
