Not the fanciest place but it has plenty of comfortable seats and a few TVs that make relaxing with a good cigar an enjoyable experience. Very casual atmosphere, drinks available and most importantly a large selection of cigars that should satisfy anyone's preference.

Going there off and on for years. I don't smoke my pipes often, but when I need some nice aromatic blends, their selection is great. I thought some of their lower priced pipes were really great deals. Never been in the cigar bar section, so I can't give an opinion on that. Friendly helpful staff.

Absolutely terrible place. The older man who works here is a jerk. He lacks every bit of interpersonal skill. I'm not talken about the 40 year old man I'm talking old 60 year old.

Great selection of cigars. More cigars at the Menomonee Falls location, but this one has more pipe tobacco and pipes which draws me to it.
Phenomenal staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful in finding what you need.
Has a nice spacious lounge as well.

Easily the best tobacco shop in the area that I've found.

Only reason I give 4 and not 5 is because the pipe tobacco selection is a little limited as far as well known blends. The only well- known blend they have is some Drew Estate. Good selection of blends other than that though if you're looking to try some local flavor.
