  I had been booked with Mess Maid for weekly cleaning with ETA btw 1130am/130pm which is very up to them at what time to show up, twice they showed up an hour prior the designated time of arrival — I canceled. Plus the cleaning could’ve been done better. I give it a 3 out of 5 for the cleaning.

  I can't say enough positive things about this company. We have used other cleaning companies in the past, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail; I had to point out all the things they missed. This was not the case with Mess Maid Right NW. We had the move in/move out deep clean service done on a house we are trying to sell. The crew onsite, Alma, Sara, and Edelmi, were super professional, friendly, and thorough. After they were finished, we went through the house, room by room, and NOTHING was missed. I mean baseboards, fans, cupboards, everything - was spotless. I will only be using this company in the future and I will be requesting the same crew again. They work so hard and they care so much. I hope the owner of the company reads this and rewards them for their hard work.

  We have been using Mess Maid Right for several years now. They are always so nice and do a wonderful job! The house being so clean when they finish makes me so happy!

  Cecilia and Ray were FANTASTIC! Thorough, wonderful attitudes, and terrific cleaning job. I could not be any more satisified with the results, and I definitely plan to use Mess Maid Right NW again - well worth every penny!
