  When I lived here I complained sometimes. But the truth is that value was amazing. You may only realize it once you need to rent a place off campus.

  Great place to live if you have kids, rent is cheap (for the area), huge playground and fields, community events monthly. Only downfall is no AC, you can't park in the community if you don't own your own car or if your name isn't on the insurance or else you get a huge ticket, no smoking in or around the complex and a lot of the neighbors don't allow for noise. I love this place though and they are adding a nice pool
