So I rarely post reviewsmy son just had his last appointment. I will say his teeth are beautiful and I never had a problem with Dr. Jones or any the the technicians in the 3 years we went. However, the office staff is so rude. I won't say names but, particularly S. And G. I literally would get anxiety each time we went and had to make follow up appointments. Front desk people just seem so miserable every time we went in. There were a few nice ones here and there I guess. Today was the icing on the cake when I called to ask a simple question about the rewards program and G. Said to call the number on the back of the card. I said "you mean no one there knows of its sent out by regular mail or email?" She put me on hold and found out it is by regular mail. I proceeded to try to end the conversation and she hung up on me! I have already called other places and we will get our future retainers elsewhere. Teeth turned out great but no desire to return there. Dr. Jones needs to remind her staff to be polite and helpful and not scary.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all, since both the doctor and her staff do not know what they are doing. Apart from being rude, they are incompetent that make you spend time and money, since even with health insurance they make you pay out of pocket for the mistakes they make when making suggestions that are not later approved by the insurance, the way of referring to the patients of both the doctor and the staff is very disrespectful and rude, and it is not fair since you are paying for a service and nobody wants to pay for such a poor service since we all deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. again…. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

Today we had a consultation with my daughter and not only we waited 1 hour but also when Dr. Jones came in she had a very unprofessional and rude behavior towards me and my daughter. I definitely DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone that is expecting quality of care.

This practice is run like a well oiled machine. It’s very efficient; you’re in and out quickly and the service providers are great with kids. Our last technician, Ana Marie, was so kind to my child the last time that I just had to write this review to say thanks.
