Don't waste your time going If you have colored hair and want a touch up, just go across the street and save your time and energy, no one there seem to know sh!t about touch ups

Was desperate for a blowout because we had to take pictures. It has been my worse decision. I read the reviews and I should have followed my gut and stayed away, but I changed my mind because a friend had recommended her as well. (Bummer)!! The bad reviews are true, I need not say more. Even when I asked Doris to confirm that they don’t alter their shampooing process, she dispelled the rumor. Needless to say, my daughters hair turned out beautiful, our family pictures were nice. Fast forward to wash day, till today, 4 months later, her hair is still falling out in clumps. She has patches of hair loss all over her scalp. That placed should be closed down. They lack respect for the community that they are serving and feel they can treat them anyhow without repercussions. I am really disappointed. Do better Doris

Their work is amazing my hair looked good for my graduation pictures and the people there are so nice.♥️♥️

I’ve been here two times total and this will be my last time here. I sat for over 30 minutes after my hair was washed. Other people who came in after me were attended to. I had a braiding appointment which I missed. They need to do better

It was my 1st time in the establishment and it was a great experience. although the staff spoke Spanish. The one lady that took care of me. we understood each other.
