  I was going to be heading to the gym in an hour. I just worked 3 hours past my time off. I was tired and just needed to relax. So, I stopped in and asked if there was time for a pedicure. He could have told me no. He turned the lights back on. He was about to close up shop. It was a slow day. But instead he turned the lights on. Offered me a drink and a snack. I love these amazing folks. They know all about customer service. Thanks for making this tired girl feel amazing!!!

  I hate to leave a bad review but I think it’s worth noting what happened. Lonnie did my nails with dip powder, he did not use a base powder and only used two coats of the powder I chose. Two days later I went back to have six nails worked on, he filed three of them and did somewhat of a repair on another three. It’s now day seven and I have two dip nails remaining. He was very nice and very willing to repair what had happened, But he did a very bad job in the beginning. I’ve been to several other nail shops where there is a white base powder followed by three layers of colored powder.
  I wasted $48 on my nails. He said he would have to charge me full price to redo them. It’s very poor customer service. The pics show dip remaining on my thumbs only.

  I’ve been going here for close to two years, past experiences have been good but the last two times have not met the same quality of care. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and a pedicure. While doing my pedicure they made me sit uncomfortably and move my hands to one side to also perform my manicure at the same time. I had grown my nails out but broke two and asked that the two get fake extensions (to be the same length as the rest), instead all of my nails were cut down. The quality of my nails is what I could do at my home. This is not a professional quality gel nail.

  I got my nails done there on the 25th of march 2022 for my baby shower which was on the 26th by the next day my toenail was already broken. They didn’t clean my finger at all just put fake nails and put powder on it. First they couldn’t do the nails I wanted but because I liked I compromised. By the 29th of march all of my nails on my right hand done fall out smh very disappointed…terrible service my polish on my toes was so thin never again. They charged me 65 for my finger and 65 for my toes what a waste of money and time.

  I got my nails done here a few months ago and they did a great job, but I went again last week and I am so disappointed. I asked for a gel manicure to replace my current gel polish, and the employee did not soak my nails in acetone, she just used the electric file. She filed my nails so thin that they were all flimsy. She actually split one nail while filing and tried to use dip powder to cover it up. This nail broke less than an hour after leaving the salon, and broke so far down my nail that it was bleeding and I had to wear a band aid for days. I have had this manicure for a week today, and half of my nails have broken down to my nail base. I have had gel many times before, and I have never had this happen. The employees were very nice and took their time, but several of my nails hurt and I am going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed.
