The only thing that was not good was the bed. I never could get comfortable enough to fall asleep. The care from the doctors and nurses is way I gave five stars. They were very professional and people friendly. The food was also very good and promptly served. Thank you Rene John

My OB visit was amazing. I was coached so well by their night nurses. Day crew was amazing too. Food was a bit slow, but the hospital was full so the food service team was very busy. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I have been very pleased with my treatment at Menorah. The doctor's, nurses, and staff have been more than professional. I was treated with such kindness and interest. If all the departments are similar at Menorah, I would make it my first choice in medical care.
My appointments were on time, I never felt rushed and all my questions had been answered. My medical treatments were comfortable, and I was informed about everything that was going on and what to expect.

My doctor and orthopedic surgeon are tops! The nurses were great! The nurses were attentive and listened to my concerns. My concerns were immediately addressed. I never had to wait more than ten minutes at the very most before a nurse would respond to my call, that was truly reassuring.The food was good! The food service staff was prompt, courteous and would call me when I didn't put in my request for a meal. That's what I call good customer service. The occupational and physical therapist were awesome! These therapists were very diagnostic and worked to help me get mobile as quick as possible. They continuously worked to get me moving. I could tell that the therapists were genuine in helping me be successful because they monitored and corrected me during our sessions which enabled me to improve while I was at Menorah. I must mention Patrick McAtee, he is truly an asset to this organization in Social Services. He has been instrumental in directing me to excellent rehab facilities. This is just a great place to be if you need health care!

The ER care and hospital nursing care were superior. Menorah should be very proud of their nurses. I was always apprised of my condition, what would be happening, etc. The food was exceptionally good and the people taking my orders were very kind. My only negative comment (which keeps this from being a 5) is, although the bed had been changed to clean sheets, the room I was admitted to was not clean. I had to call Housekeeping the next morning to clean the dust and left over food from the floor. I was given no wash cloths or towels, and I had to ask for some when I wanted to wash up. I later spoke to the Supervisor of that department, who was very understanding and kind saying he would follow-up with his staff. The physical maintenance of the rooms is being neglected. On the surface, this is a beautiful facility, but when you look closer you can see very clearly the maintenance of walls, surfaces, etc. is being neglected. However, I would go back to Menorah because of the wonderful, caring attitude of all the nursing staff and doctors that I encountered.

This is a top notch hospital, the design of the building is open with lots of windows and beautiful grounds. The nurses are all amazing, my surgeon Dr. Cummings was exceptional, everyone I came in contact with was kind, attentive, happy and well qualified. This is my preferred hospital now, I won't go anywhere else.

My surgery was 6/6/17. Everyone I came in contact with as top notch. Everything was explained very clearly by my surgeon and anesthesia. I actually recovered faster than anticipated. My hospital stay was as good as it could as it possibly could have been under the circumstances. The staff was excellent both day and night. Thanks for a very positive experience.

Services were great. All of the staff was prompt in making me more comfortable and getting me relief from my pain. X-rays & lab tests were completed without delay with results. I was impressed how everyone was friendly and worked together so well. When we left I felt we had received an answer to reasons for my pain They released me providing I would contact my doctor immediately. They called the next day to ensure my doctor could see me promptly. and assisted in getting appointment soon. In fact they followed up several times to verify I was seeing my doctor.

I gave birth to my daughter at Menorah back in March and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! The nurses were AMAZING (all of them!) and they made me feel so comfortable. They were always available and quick to respond to my needs. The entire birth process went smoothly thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses. They were all very accommodating, kind and attentive to my needs. The lactation consultant was on-call and quick to assist me when I needed help or had questions. They also have delicious sugar-free chocolate cakeif you're into that sort of thing :) Seriously, such a pleasant experience. I will definitely come back to Menorah to deliver any of my future children. Thanks Menorah!!

I delivered my second child naturally a week ago at this facility. My experience was amazing. The nurse team was phenomenal! I couldn't have asked for a better team. They read my natural birth plan thoroughly and was very supportive of every part of it. They made us feel so comfortable and helped with the process so well. The nurse team and lactation consultant have even followed up with us to make sure things are running smoothly. I will definitely be delivering here again.

Horrible experience in ER and in ICU. Careless and negligent staff. They even did not have appropriate sizes of incontinence products. Negligent staff in IRU, who couldn't mange to handle 3/4 patients at one time and got confused. We moved to Saint luke after horrible experience in ICU. Will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Had knee outpatient knee surgery 10/29/16. The knowledge, care, and skills were superb in every respect. They have great systems and processes yet are patient centric. Highly recommend the facility.

I was so dreading this mylogram I almost refused to have it done. What a piece of cake. Sam in radiology was wonderful and so were the ladies that did the cat scan. I cannot say enough about the radiologist. I believe his name was Dr. Cash. I never felt a thing and today is the 2nd day and no headache. I cannot say enough good about this experience. And I forgot to mention the recovery nurse who was very friendly and just great. I can't imagine ever using another hospital.

As a retired male nurse I can say for a fact that if someone has a hard time at Menorah, it is probably because they forget they are NOT the only patient there. My stay was done with care and professionalism that MANY local hospitals will never have! Menorah is one of the few hospitals in the area I trust to go to for any ailment I may have! Excellent staff (Doctors, nurses and all). Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me!
