The doctors and nursing staff are wonderful.

The lab, however, is the worst I've ever been to. They make you wait for 20 minutes when there is no one else there while they just gossip to each other. They have no sense of urgency and if you make an appointment to do follow-up work. They'll still make you wait.

The people there have no respect for your time. If you can go somewhere else for lab work please do.

Dr. Tauro is amazing! I've been going now for about 6 months and I finally feel I've found a PCP doctor who really cares about my health. He is thorough, patient and most importantly he listens. I don't feel rushed and I've never sat in the waiting room more than 10 mins. I've had many medical challenges throughout my life and seen many many doctors but Dr. Tauro is definitely in my top 5.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Ralph Leonard since we moved from Florida last year. He is without a doubt one of the most caring physicians we have ever been too. His level of care towards his patients as well as his staff goes above and beyond.

I've been a patient at MMG for years (since the mid 1990s at least). I've always received top class care. The doctors listen to, and work with me, to figure out what's wrong, and come up with a plan for treatment. The nurses and other health care professionals are friendly and dedicated, and they always make sure you're comfortable, and informed, during every step of any tests or injections. I've never had any problems or difficulties with MMG.

This is by far the worst clinic I’ve ever been to poor communication the staff there don’t know what they’re talking nor do they care about any issues your having due to there Slow process of handling insurance papers doctors here do not care about your well-being even if your having a baby facilities like these needs to be shut down and put out of business it’s crazy how they overcharge your insurance company and give you the worst service possible Experience..I won’t be surprised everybody here giving them five star ratings works for them people Especially pregnant woman please stay away from this place if you’re pregnant because you deserve nothing but the best and this place is not the best they will stress you out ..

No proper service,takes them 7-14 Business days to fax important information to insurance company,if your wife is having a child and is seen by two different doctors neither of them are on the same page. They will miss inform you do to the lack of communication!!!! So people save your self the headache and seek elsewhere it’s very sad that now and day it’s almost impossible to receive good customer service and good communication

Had my first appointment today with Dr. Leonard at the Ballantine location. I was impressed with the ease of appointment making. I was seen the day after I callled. Wait time was almost none when I arrived. Dr. Leonard came in the room
Quickly, as well. He was very polite, helpful, and informative. I highly recommend this office and this doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Adam Ligler's for the past few months and have a number of interactions with him. He is a totally excellent doctor who listens carefully, does not talk down to you and has offered me excellent advice. He really seems to enjoy his practice and stays very current with the latest medical practices. He is definitely not hung up on drugs for everything, but is open to alternative therapies, e.g., acupuncture and the like which is very refreshing in a medical doctor. He is very accessible and has a great team working with him. I strongly recommend him if you are looking for a new doctor.

From the ease of getting an appointment, extended hours, kind courteous staff, great providers, and access to an amazing network of Doctors at CMC.. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have been a patient here for 9 years and find that the staff and physicians here are very professional. They are well informed understand my medical needs and know how to practice the most modern medicine. I never had a problem. They also do a great job at sticking to a schedule. But then again, I am on time, I have insurance and I communicate with my care providers so they understand how to care for me. Maybe its just me but I love this place.

is there a negative rating, that is what i want to give here.. every time i go for Annual exam, which supposed to be of no cost.They charge money with some tests, inspite of I telling do the tests that are covered by my insurance. Last year, I went there to remove the bandage for my hurt finger, i thought the doctor would take off the bandage and tell me how to dress the wound every day.. etc.. But to my surprise, the doctor asked me to take off the bandage myself. In side the bandage, there is a gauge, she didn't even take that off and saw the wound, she asked me to take the gauge after going home, she said everything was alright. When i was going out of hospital, my finger was bleeding, i went inside the hospital rushing again . the Doctor was sitting inside, but didn't bother to come out and Nurse just said its alright. I requested them call the Doctor once. Mine was the last appointment that day around 3:30pm. It took almost 2 months for the wound to heal. Doctor name is FETTER MD MAYA. They made sure to bill me for this service.

No wonder most of the reviews are bad here. I did a mistake of moving my primary care to this location. The doctor provides lip service and only whatever is bare necessary to get the job done by law. Anything that's "not recommended" is ignored automatically. No concern for the patient whatsoever.
