Best waitress at the restaurant, she taught us some trivia, while we waited for our food. Awesome hotel with character. Loved the Mai Tai. Will definitely come back.

Haha just walked in the front doors after working 12hr night shift. Stopped and thought man I'm at the wrong hotel. Very nice setting when you walk in the doors. Staff was awlsome even helped me with a early check in . Rooms are older but nice and clean. Wish I had realized they had free hot breakfast before stopping at McDonald's before getting here

We stayed 2 nights. When we returned from our activities for the second night, we found that our room had not been cleaned while we were gone. We called the front desk to ask for fresh towels and advised them that our room had not been cleaned. No response from the front desk. Also, there wasn’t many options for the breakfast for the price. We opted not to eat there the second morning.

The location and service was great, but room was outdated and gross. I seen stains on the walls and drapes. I noticed what looked like possible bed bug blood stains on the sheets. I did not see any. The room smelled old and musty. Housekeeping was nice but did not vacuum the room, because my grand daughter dropped chips and the chips were still there after they left. The furniture look like it came from the goodwill. The free breakfast was not worth being free. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but it was a terrible experience.

Checking was quick and easy. Rooms were neat and clean. Only problem was parking, not crazy about parking on the street and not willing to pay extra for a parking garage on the next block.

The inside walk way and area is amazing! Totally takes your breath away. The restaurant attached seams busy and happening. But the rooms are less than stellar. We got a great price and so it was ok. The room had just 2 beds and a tv. Nothing else very open so the kids loved it to run around. The pool looked good but we did not go swimming. Parking is something to be desired because you have to pay to be close unless it's the weekend and the street post are free. The hotel could use a update and touch up on the rooms.

The hotel was beautiful downstairs! My room was okay but I swear it hasn't been updated since McKinley visited last!! The beds we're surprisingly comfortable despite how ancient they looked and the pillows were awesome. The dresser the tv was on looked beat up and had seen better days. The bathroom was old but the soap smelled good and there were plenty of towels. I got the hotel room for a good price but the room was super ancient and generally weathered in general. Staff was helpful and I enjoyed my stay overall.

I liked the hotel. There were a few spots that could use a little fixing up. The patio outside the pool which was on the second floor had a green grass rug covering the patio floor that was torn in a few places. They had an exercising room next to the pool. The bar was nice. The night I was there a band was playing R & B music. Good sound. The breakfast was not the best. Fruit, cereal, mini muffins and bagels were offered. Hash browns, oatmeal, sausage gravy with biscuits. No meats or eggs. If you wanted them you had to order them from the menu.

Cute hotel! Nice, large pool area. Staff very friendly. Like the old school vibe to the hotel. However, beds weren't comfortable at all. Extremely old lumpy mattresses. Breakfast could use a little help also doesn't suit the hotel well and waffles stick to the maker, might want to replace those. Again, staff was amazing

Nice location at historical Canton downtown. Convenient parking, no high traffic. Bar and restaurant on first floor. Nice and clean hotel with excellent customer service.

Not fancy but perfectly suitable for our purposes. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. We were there for the marathon and they granted our request (made months in advance) for an early check out. This made the day so much better, having the chance to get cleaned up after the marathon before heading home again.

The location of the hotel makes it easy to find but the parking can be difficult and may cost extra. As for the rooms and the condition of the room it has for sure no longer "grand". The furniture in the rooms are outdated and scuffed up a lot as were pretty much every thing else in the hotel. On the floor we were on there was also some sort of smell that thankfully did not carry into our room. The only electrical outlet near the bed was behind the headboard, all the others was across the room which was inconvenient for phone charging. With some modernization this hotel has potential. But based on what we paid on Groupon for them room it served it's purpose.

Hot water but not good water pressure. Beds feel as if they are old and worn. Hear traffic very easily in our room on the 6th floor. Tried the pool and hot tub however the pool is rusted and paint chipping within it. Needs an overhaul. Full breakfast buffet consists of what most continental breakfast have IE. Cold cereal, waffle maker, pastries, fruit salad, milk.

Got this hotel though price line! I was pleasantly surprised of entrance to the hotel & the breakfast experience was very enjoyable! Buffet style & made to order. The room was sufficient, beds were okay & bathroom was a bit small! The hotel could use some updating but was nicely done in the time it was created!
