I absolutely love this store. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs they don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like a friend. As soon as you walk in the door there’s at least 2 people greating you without hesitation. Anyone thinking about buying any type of jewelry needs to at least stop by.

I went in to have a watch that was given to me re-sized which only costs $5! Now I'm not someone who knows anything about watches, but I met with Adam who gave me a lot of information regarding the watch that I wasn't aware of at all. He spent 15-20 minutes with me walking me through the different gadgets on my watch and making sure I knew how to operate it. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and will be back!

My family has shopped with this company all the way back to my great grandfather. This is the only place to go if you want to be taken care of and appreciated for being a customer. My wedding ring had it prongs wore down and the diamond had fallen out and was lost. Even though my Husband offered to get me a new ring I wanted what I had. The first store was going to be $400 (after taxes) and even though my Husband was willing to pay, I said let's shop around. We saw McGee & Co and drove across the street. I was very nervous as of course it's my wedding ring but rhe staff and the lady who helped us was very nice! Made me feel very comfortable and as to where the place before would not give us a time to how long it would take unless we paid first (so it seemed) the lady at McGee gave us an exact date and time ( only took a week and 3 days!). My ring looks lovely and as long as I bring it in every 6 months, I'm good!! The ONLY thing is, you only have a 2hr pickup window after 5. Otherwise I would gladly use them again

Caring and knowledgeable staff, wonderful experience!

For Christmas 2016, my husband of 18 years decided to do something special. The last ring he bought was my wedding band, and he knows how much I love emeralds and platinum. He worked many months online to order and review emeralds until he found one he liked. He had bought a couple of watches at McGee and Co. and really liked the staff. He went to them to have the stone set. McGee and Co. talked with him about the stone he had purchased and found him a higher quality stone that he liked better for much less $. The staff and Mr. McGee himself assisted my husband with care and patience and demonstrated a depth of knowledge on emeralds and platinum. They educated my husband not only on the gem and setting material but also on how to properly care for the ring so that it will last a lifetime. In the end, I received a beautiful, one-of-a-kind gift with the best possible service. Mr. McGee and his staff were exceptional and will definitely receive our business again in the future!

Great, Bob and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accomidating. Always greeted promptly with a smile. Very competitive pricing. Excellent selection in the store- just all around my only store. Whether shopping for my lady or myself in always satisfied. I've known Bob and his folks for many a year, and they are proud of their heritage and serving the Southside. I've recommended McGee jeweled to others and have received nothing but great a thank you for sending them there! On a scale of 1-10 McGee gets a 15+!

I needed an anniversary gift for my wife & this family owned & run business supplied my wife with a perfect gift, even though my resources & ideas were limited (being a clueless guy) they overnighted & wrapped up the gift and I still saved money. They made me look like a rock star to my wife. If you shop elsewhere you're wasting your time & money. These guys get it!

I JUST HAD MY BRIDAL SET UPGRADED . I DEALT WITH ADAM (BOB'S SON) AND BOB ALSO ASSISTED. I HAVE PURCHASED OUR PREVIOUS RINGS FROM McGEE'S. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND YOU CAN TRUST WHAT YOU RECEIVED THERE. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE, THANKS ADAM AND BOB!
