Justin is awesone. So helpful. And knew just what i wanted. Everyone here works together and very well in taking care of their customers. I will definitly only do business at McFaddens. If you are looking for an honest sales person come to Justin Mercado.
So when you make a comment “We are extremely confident that this condition was not present when the vehicle was sold and you took delivery of it.” This makes me laugh! And is a very wrong statement and false!! The tire was low and the light was on. The salesman specially told me he would make sure he would take care of this which he told me the “tire was low” and air was put in it. Red flag! Obviously this was a issue and it was a temporary fix on your behalf and a cheap way to get out of stuff. I personally was the co-signer of the vehicle Erica M had bought from your lot. I made a trip there and signed papers and noticed this issue and brought it to your staffs attention. think before you make a “confident” statement and respond back to customers, get your facts straight before posting because what she had said was true and it’s a very falsifying statement just shows your ways to doing shady work. Ive bought 2 cars in the last 3 years there. Guess what not anymore This place is full of lies and they are not honest and very rude people. Find a place that will “keep” there word and not find a reason to cut corners and lie and maybe they can work on there “confidence” level and make true statements to customers.
It was awesome ,the personal were very helpful in helping me & my husband. Kyle is Great he never forced anything on us he showed us cars ,trucks and Donnie & Janice left there very Happy with our Lincoln mkz,and our Chrysler 300.we would send people to you .Thank you all very much🤗🤗🤗🤗
Thank you Justin Mercado for the very easy return of a lease and introducing me to my current beauty. I leased my first and second vehicle from McFadden's and have always received great service. I will be back in a couple years and would recommend McFadden's to anyone.
Horrible, terrible customer service. I went here KNOWING what I wanted and the first thing I get told walking into the door is that I needed to place 20 dollars down on my car if I wanted it as I waited for my loan to go through. As my loan got processed, I was told that they couldn’t guarantee my car would be there. I was getting a loan specifically for this vehicle. Finally I received the vehicle and had some issues within the month.. When I called about the issue, I got the rude salesman (Rafael) I bought the car from. He told me that he “didn’t like surprises” But he would see what his sales supervisor would say MIKE, barely returned my phone calls. Honestly, I’m happy with my car but this place has horrid customer service and the person who owns the place should really invest in people who care.
Love this place. Service Dept, Chris and Matt are so accommodating. The only place I'll take my truck
Talk about genuine people that care, then you refer to every employee that works here. My 1st and only experience is too long of story but if you want real people and quality go here. Matt and many others saved my day , on a holiday too boot, in more ways than I can explain. Rare find in dealerships these days, can't say enough!!
Keith made getting into our new Pacifica as easy as an email! With three young children, spending hours at the dealership was not something we had time to do. We were able to minimize our time there via email, text, and a few phone calls with Keith who kept the process quick and concise. We will definitely shop McFadden in the future.
I just got a new Jeep and i have to say that Josh was awesome. He made the process fast and easy, even helping me get a vehicle custom made when nothing in the area was what i wanted. Friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Josh, and Mcfadden's!
My husband and I had Josh as our guide through the whole car buying process. He was fast, friendly, and got us the best price! We'll definitely be back here in the future to do more business.
Josh was amazing!! We were looking for a used car to surprise our daughter for her 16th birthday. We had her with us so she could test drive the car and make sure it was really what she wanted. Josh played along knowing it was to be a surprise. He was very professional and really listened to what we were looking for. He helped us to make this a birthday she will never forget. He even found a big red bow and made a birthday sign for her. We would definitely recommend Josh and McFadden Friendly Motors to any looking for a new or used car.
I never thought it would be easy getting a new vehicle after bankruptcy.
I received a letter in the mail about a program that can help me get a vehicle. After calling and going through the application, I received a call from Josh Turner. We set up a appointment for me to stop by.
Josh is extremely friendly and has excellent knowledge of the vehicles they have. We started off with a 2016 Dodge Dart but unfortunately he was not able to get it approved. But they did not give up. Josh and his manager went above and beyond to get me a new vehicle. After about a week they were able to approve me for a 2017 Jeep. Patriot.
After struggling for over a year for a reliable vehicle, Josh and his manager made it happen. I couldn't be happier.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Bought a used Ford Explorer back in January. I'm very happy with the vehicle and the staff was always friendly and courteous. As with anything you have to be careful of some of the claims people make. They told me how all their used cars go through a 115 point check (I believe that was the number). I showed them that the front 2 tires were bald. How does that pass the check? When I tried to get these replaced, they showed me a list of parts and how much money they had already put into the vehicle. Then they offered to sell me two tires at their cost. Their cost was $10 more than what I could buy them from at Tire Rack. No Thanks. I can't imagine my mom or sister buying a used car from them and thinking that they have something that's safe to drive (in January). They would think that they have 4WD and are good to go through any kind of snow. Not with bald tires they wouldn't be. In fact, they weren't safe to drive on anytime of the year and they knew it. Something as little as the cost of tires cost them a happy customer and makes me question their safety inspection.
On the plus side, they did negotiate having the spark plugs replaced (could have been expensive if plugs broke in the heads, issue with this particular Ford) at their normal replacement cost. I found out after looking through owners manual that previous owner had them replaced and didn't need to schedule the service.
