Today I had the worst experience with a law firm ever. Just got done with a phone consultation. Lawyers refused to speak with me, and I was initially hung up on while I was on hold. Zero empathy and I still have no idea why they wouldn't speak with me or take my case. Don't waste your time, seems like they cherry pick the "best" or highest profit cases and don't care about the rest of us. Zero stars

My experience was overall great with McDivitt Law. There was one instance of not responding in a timely manner(in my view) but things did get settled. Over all, my lawyer and team seemed driven to help me with my workers comp case.

Update: 7/23/17 watch Aaron, he intended to ruin my future. And he did it intentionally.

And now, we are at certain point in my case they feel like they can't help me, so he just walked away. And that was per David McDivitt. I just got off the phone with them right now. And pretty much let me go said they were stepping aside because there's nothing they can do for me. Beware, I thought they were on my side the whole time. Guess not!! Well, over a year of wasted time. SMH.

If I could give ten stars I would. Mc Divitt Law firm, my attorney Allesandra Morales and Cari, handled my case perfect. Cari, always had time to anwer any questions I had. Allesandra, talked to me when I was feeling down. My husband received fair compensation. And I have no doubt I will too. I would recommend McDivitt, without hesitation.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience the other 12 reviewers. I used their online chat platform and asked if I could know my options as a passenger of a vehicle that was hit, but went unreported. The attendant was very pushy in getting information that one would need to sue the individual.

I am looking to be a decent human being and understand my options to get my injury paid for through the insurance company first and only resort to filing a lawsuit as a last case scenario.

They were too interested in the money and when I wasn't ready to file a lawsuit right then and there, they disconnected the conversation.

I just wanted to feel like my lawyers understood my real concerns.

Great firm. Kristen Becker has been and continues to be so good to me during my case.
