Angela and Owen are amazing! We have had the pleasure of working with them for a little over half a year. In this time frame, they have managed to excel in what took our last attorney YEARS to do. (And still couldn't get done) We are super happy with this team!

My husband and I have worked with Mr. Kolko and his team for more than 3 years. A close friend referred us to Mr. Kolko and we are so happy that we had him handling our case.
From H1B to permanent residency, Mr. Kolko provided not just professional guidance but also friendly advice. Canadian citizen and now a permanent resident thanks to David and his team. This is who I needed and would recommend to anyone.
Update: through several years of work with David and his team I am now an American citizen. Me and my wife have been happy for the help along the way and believe thier knowledge and support allowed us to be where we are today. It is an added expense but one I would gladly pay for again. Moving forward I plan to use them again for any future work I do to allow my family to immigrate as well.response / report this review -

My family and me had a wonderful experience spanning over two+ years from L1 visa to Green card. I must say during this uncertain period Jennifer, David and the team has shown complete professionalism at every step. Their filing of applications, communication and follow up had a seamless process and at no given time we were made to feel that things were not moving in the right direction.

David Kolko and his assistant Margaret were highly motivated and professional in helping my wife and myself with our immigration case. From the very beginning the communication was open and straightforward. My wife applied for a National Interest Waiver as an alien of extraordinary ability, which is a very complicated process that requires careful preparation. I feel it would have been impossible to have the NIW approved without the extensive help from Kolko & Associates. It's been less than two years since our first meeting with David and Margaret and today we both have our Green Cards! Every step of the way we were given prompt and honest answers to our questions and we felt confident when being represented with the USCIS. I highly recommend this law firm for any sort of legal representation that relates to immigration.

I was referred to this office by my lawyer when I moved to Colorado. I worked with Aminta, Jennifer and Jessica. They were on top of the game , know what they are doing and very responsive. I started working with them on March and I got my citizenship interview on June and Citizenship on September. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Kolko & Associates by my friend and have thoroughly enjoyed working with David and Jennifer over the past 4.5 years. David and Jennifer helped me with multiple E-3 visas and just recently with my permanent residency. Every step of the way, they have been wonderful. I knew from the moment we started my first E-3 visa, I was in excellent hands. I started working with David and Jennifer in Denver and then moved to California where we continued working together remotely. Regardless of the city or state you are in, they will be able to help you. Not only are these attorneys proficient in immigration, they are kind and caring. It is the first time for me to engage a lawyer. Typically when you need an attorney you are not there due to pleasant circumstances. From the first meeting with Abbie and Owen, I felt comfortable and at ease. They were available, honest and trustworthy. I have known and worked with Kolko & Associates since 2000. My family and I have used their services for our permanent residency all the way through our citizenships. The immigration process can be overwhelming and scary, but I worked with two of the best associates at Kolko & Associates and all of my fears were allayed. Jessica and Tina were my champions of justice and they made the whole immigration process super understandable and worked diligently to ensure that my application had the best possible chances of being approved. In the end, all of their hard work paid off and my permanent residency was approved! Without Kolko & Associates I would have been so very unprepared for the daunting process of filing immigration paperwork and later attending the interview, but with them, I received not only a Green Card, but also gained trust that there are great lawyers out there with a true interest in helping those of us out there that need it most of all. We first met David Kolko when we were applying for our green cards 5 years ago. We are a family of 8 and he managed to get us approved for our green card even though a few other lawyers had declined our case. We are very grateful to him and his team. 5 years later, when it was time for us to apply for citizenship, we went back to him. We had moved to California and David and his colleagues walked us through every step. We are proud to say we are now American citizens! He worked with all of us and did a magnificent job of making sure we were all ready for the interviews. All interviews went smoothly thanks to his preparations. We all felt very comfortable even though he was not present with us at the immigration office. We have all just received our US passports this morning and we could not be happier! I would refer David and his amazing team to any friends and family that may need the help. They are truly on top of their game and anyone considering David to represent them is in very good hands!

I am so grateful for Mr.Kolko and Ms.Tina for assisting me in my residency case. First of all, they are extremely down to earth and you can clearly see that their intention is to help you, starting with the first meeting and first question. (I've had an experience with another lawyer at a different firm, and questions she was asking was obviously geared to making my case difficult.)
