Nice quiet place away from where people normally visit. Just a quiet and beautiful trail
Awesome, off the grid, amazing southern Indiana landscape. Enjoy the nature and take care of our land!
Its a graveyard too but beautiful forest/woods
Beautiful trail runs on, down, and along the bluff, as well as along a creek and by the foundations of an old mill.
Run by The Nature Conservancy it is not available for camping or hunting.
Very off the beaten path, cool place to go for a short hike (maybe 1.5 miles, not sure). The terrain has a few steep spots but overall isn't terribly difficult. The worst thing about it is the inadequate trail markings, which often leave you guessing. Getting there is a little strange as there is no indication that this place exists until you reach the dead end of a gravel road after going past several people's houses in the middle of nowhere. The trail goes down the bluff and follows a small creek to the remains of an old mill from where it loops back up. There is also a very cool old cemetery next to the trail head. For sure worth the visit, especially if you are in the area!
