David and Erika were extremely attentive and helpful during my search for the perfect engagement ring. I already had a diamond and was in the market for a mounting and they treated me like family in explaining the options I would have with different mounts to make my fiance's perfect ring a reality. Not only did they have the mounting that we were looking for, but their prices were the best of all the places locally and within a couple hours drive. They were able to have the diamond mounted in half the time they quoted me and kept me aware of the process. I am a salesman by trade and I was blown away by their professionalism, courtesy and desire to make me a lifelong customer. Most of the stores I visited were interested in a short sale, but this store is not; they are looking for a lifelong customer and they have found one!

McCaskill & Company is the best and most respectful service around we had shopped at Kay jewelers and had purchased an engagement ring there and after many issues and problems we went to McCaskill. They do not try to sell you something they inform you and teach you what each piece is made of and about quality. It is your decision to purchase what you like and they are very helpful with any questions that you as a buyer may have. I would highly recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry at a fair price and bar none the best friendly service to please visit McCaskill & Company and give them a chance to put smiles on some lucky faces.

I had the best experience with this fabulous jewelry store! When my family & I visited Destin in February we went into the store just to look- all of the staff is so welcoming and very professional! Mrs Jean was so helpful & made sure I was able to get the exact David Yurman ring I was looking for. I ended up calling back a few weeks after visiting & ordering from her because she made sure to follow up with me and showed that my wants were important to her! We will definitely be purchasing from here again!

Stopped in to look for birthstone for grand who's turning 13. Had it done in about 15 mins, from time I walked in the door, to leaving with beautifully wrapped David Yurman piece, and a load off my mind. Jean could not have been more helpfulWould recommend to all.

Your staff is always so welcoming!!!!David was his true self explaining all the different designers and taking his time trying to help me find that Perfect treasure. The moment my fiance and I walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff and drinks. We were given ample, uninterrupted time to browse through their merchandise while waiting on our appointment. During our time Gene refilled our glasses and took multiple pictures and helped us find the perfect wedding bands. They also had bridal bags with surprises for the newly engaged couple but I will not ruin that one ;)
