Sherry is the best waitress. All of the hostesses are very rude and unwelcoming. I don't know how they're still working here. I've been coming here for years and the food is always DELICIOUS.

Food was great!! Service was horrid😵 Do not come here with large group. $16 gratuity added in my checkappetizer came out with main dishes. We ordered first, were served last. Waitress refilled us once after we initially had to refill ourselves. My compliments to the chef.My dissatisfaction with the wait staff😩

Disappointed and confusedto say the least I have came to this restaurant before for a sit down dinner.Today however i went out of my way to get take out for my family on our way back from new jersey. When i walked i wasn't greeted or told how to pick up my take out order so i waited for an available person to much suprise it was just one over worked individual who didnt care to listen to questions. I asked if an order was mine and told NO to later find out my food had been sitting there the whole time after it was offred to two other customers who had the opportunity to look in the box prior to me even having the opportunity to even see my food. Im understanding of mistakes but horrific customer service is SAD

We travel an hour and a half from Newport News,Va to here just for their seafood. It has become one of my girlfriend's favorite date places. Mine's too.

I visited the Mayflower restaurant for the first time 19 Nov 16 for dinner between 5pm - 7pm. The food portions are phenomenal. You really get your monies worth. I am a seafood lover. Our server Elisabeth has great customer service really genuine. Cashier could use some customer service tips.

Mayflower Seafood has franchised resturants throughout NC. Most are excellent; Burlington, NC is superb. This location unfortunately is in a death spiral. You will note a 93 health dept rating at the door (not great in NC), a crowded and out of date decor, wait staff just going through the motions and lackluster food consisting of minimal seafood and maximum breading.
I postponed dinner for a couple of hours driving north on I-95 in anticipation of making it to a Mayflower. Should have passed it by unfortunately and so should you in my opinion.
