The place is good and convenient. Although the rooms might be a little older and maybe needs a little renovation but it’s one of the better apartments that is pretty convenient to both shops, supermarket, and public transportation. The community places in the lobby is also pretty good for its price of the rent.

I have lived in this apartment community since 2014 back and forth. The location is the best in the Providence area, right across from the train station, and 5 minute walk to the Providence mall and the Water place. The leasing office staff, especially Verina Vann whom I have worked with the most, are very helpful, always available, and have excellent communication. The concierge staff are all pleasant. The apartments are spacious with beautiful views.

Awesome place! Great friendly and helpful staff. The property is clean and taken care of inside and out. Love the click cafe with the coffee maker. If you're looking for an apartment home in an awesome location with great service than look no further! Avalon at Center Place is the place you want to be centered at!

Avalon at Center Place overall is absolutley wonderful when it comes to luxury apartments, with its amazing views of the city & it being well maintained inside an out! When it comes to staff, very polite, Winfield the Maintenance tech was very helpful, very nice and got the job done right and rather quickly. Will recommend to others!

My husband and I have recently moved in, and Avalon has exceeded my expectations! Melanie helped us with the leasing information and touring the building. She was very polite and helpful, and gave us as much time as we needed to look through multiple apartments. She also showed us different floor plans for us to see what fit our family best. Also, Lynn the property manager was extremely helpful and thorough with any questions we had prior to moving in, and Kyle the concierge was also helpful and polite to us during the move in. Moving in was a breeze and we finished faster than we expected. The building is well maintained, and the maintenance crew is great at taking care of any requests or emergencies in a timely manner. The building is very secure and I have a great sense of safety while I am home, which is a huge comfort since I have small children. We can see ourselves living here for a long time!

We've lived at Center Place for several years. The maintenance staff is outstanding and quickly respond to any issues. The building is very well maintained. The concierges are always friendly and helpful. The management staff is very professional and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. A Whole Foods is a few blocks away. The heated garage in winter is a real plus.

My husband and I have lived here since August of 1992. The best attribute of Center Place is its staff, who have always gone "above and beyond" for us. Our apartment is roomy, our parking space (inside under the building) is convenient, and we are located minutes from Routes 95 N and S. There are a bank, a coffee shop, and a restaurant directly across the street behind us and an Amtrak station across the street to our front. Our location is ideal.

My experience with this apartment community has been fantastic. I have been here for a couple of years, and I am happy with this decision. The staff is the best, they are always willing to help you on anything. The location of the building is perfect and convenient; is right next to the train station and the Providence Place Mall (one block away from both locations). If you want to live stress-free and have a convenient location, this is the place to be. I definitely recommend Avalon at Center Place. Please take a look the view from my living room.

Incredibly impressed by the staff & leasing center (particularly Barbara and Arthur), amenities and overall look and feel of the apartment/community. The location is a commuters dream - located directly across the street from the train station. Super convenient to everything downtown while still feeling safe.

Words that come to mind to describe Center place are: courtesy, efficiency, convenience, cleanliness, professionalism. We moved in last June and continue to love our stay. The personal touch sets this community apart. The office staff, maintenance staff and concierge are always helpful and go the extra mile to solve any problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this Community if you're looking to feel at home.

The convenience and location of the apartment were ideal. But the best thing was our doorman/concierge, Harry! A real old school gem of a helpful, sincere human being! He was always kind, with a smile, a "Hey Buddy" and "anything I can do" - I will truly miss him!

We are a married couple relocating to watch our daughter play basketball. We were pleased with the convenience of the monthly rental terms and the proximity to the many amenities the city of Providence has to offer. When we arrived, our apartment was freshly painted and cleaned and the representation given online was accurate. We are extremely confident in our choice to call Avalon home for the next year and would highly recommend to others looking for short or long term quality living arrangements to put Avalon at Center Place Providence high atop their list.
