Service took a week to look at my car saying i just got bad gas So my car cost me $140 i took my car to an actual Chevy dealership they fixed what was wrong with my car

As always, we receive amazing customer service when we bring our car in for routine maintenance and even when something goes wrong out of the blue!!!

We were traveling across country and showed up early in the morning (0700) because the truck indicated we wouldn't have enough DEF to get home (Salt Lake City area). Everyone was wonderful to us. The service writer, young and very knowledgeable, took care of our needs including a recent flash/recall we were unaware of. He also was able to find a squeak that was driving us crazy. (Turns out it was our camper and not the truck.) The parts guy came out to the truck and added the DEF to the truck himself and then the mechanic worked the recall. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. My wife went into the waiting room where a girl was vacuuming. She stopped to offer her a drink and snack and brought me a Coke as well. All in all, I couldn't ask for a more positive experience. This dealership is a class act. Do they want to relocate? Wish we could bring them home. (written by Mike Gist)
