I cannot say enough amazing things about Max Motors. We had been to other dealerships in Kansas City, who would keep us there for HOURS (which we detest). Angela and team were able to get all of our questions answered, financing approved so we were able to sign on the dotted line once we got there. Max Motors TRULY made it a pleasant car buying experience. We will make the two hour drive back when we need to purchase another car.

Changed Mind--had rated higher in the past. Not Happy With Max Motors now. Had to return truck after a couple of weekscheck engine light back onthis time they wanted $1100 plus more. Charges for the glow plug change (6th or 7th time they have been bad on a truck with 80K miles---). Charged me more than a couple of weeks priorwanted $800 to "change EGR sensors --only 40%" (I was told by multiple mechanics that doesn't seem right)..and on and on I just felt like they were trying to blow the charges up on a truck that has been well cared for.

Best dealer I've dealt with. They believe in a handshake and are honest, God fearing people. They even stayed after hours to make sure we drove off in our new ride. They made us feel like family. We will be back there's no doubt. After a bad experience with a different gm dealer this company Max Motors was a blessing and a breath of fresh air!
