The rooms were very clean, well layed out, and the staff was knowledgeable and professional while really making you feel at home. With the hotel located just off 2 major highways and a railroad, we were concerns about sounds from those. We were wrong! The entire facility was quiet, well lit, and easy access from the parking.

This is a beautiful historical hotel built in 1906. Frank and Cheryl have done an excellent job restoring it's natural beauty. It's in walking distance of some great little shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!!

Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean. Small town charm in this building full of history. I stay several times a year and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great place with history. Walking distance to various antique shops and historical attractions. Spa next door with good variety of choices for relaxation. My husband and I went there for our Anniversary and had a great time. .

I had room 10. Very nice for one person was extremely clean and fresh. Frank is a wonderful host and is very concerned about your satisfaction. When I stay in ft Scott again it will be with my wife and of course I will ask for a king suite which is also beautiful. I can't say enough nice things about frank and his wife. They are the best.

We made a last minute reservation due to adverse weather and we were accommodated nicely. The owner was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The hotel itself is lovely! Very historic and quaint. The room and complementary breakfast was everything we could expect. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. Jack and Taylor :)

The office staff is extremely helpful and our experience with this hotel was wonderful. It's a historical building built in the early 1900s and has been completely restored inside. It's beautiful and we had a great stay.

The Courtland Hotel and Spa never fails to provide a relaxing and refreshing stay for my husband and I. When we need a local getaway, this is our go-to. The rooms are relaxing and always spotless. The owners are always available and accommodating. The beds are heavenly. We had fantastic massages in the spa, then slept like teenagers that evening.

After breakfast, we visited the Saturday farmer's market, window shopped, then rode the trolley. We didn't have time for the Fort or lunch at my favorite coffee shop, butnext time. There is way more to do within walking distance than we ever have time for. We just keep coming back again and again.
