I have been going to Max Brenner's for about 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience, the staff is always wonderful and the food is always amazing. I recommend this restaurant to everyone whenever I have the chance. As far as wait times, I have experienced them all. Theres days you are seated right away and there are days the wait is over an hour and the line is out the door. So I would advise making a reservation just in case! I would say I've probably tried every dessert and they all topped my expectations. The hot chocolates are heavenly. There's literally not one bad word I would say about Max Brenner!

Place was clean & nicely decorated, Mac and Cheese was good tasting & very filling, while the "Works" pizza had a lot of toppings they "worked" very well together. Hot chocolate was quite rich and came in a fun shaped mug. Even for the city it was a bit pricey, but would come again.

Came here with my mom for Brunch. We were seated right away (around 11:45am) and the place was not crowded. After 25 minutes, we flagged our waiter down and asked to order. We ordered the Neapolitan French Toast and the Waffles, and let me tell you they were both delicious! I have a serious sweet tooth, so this was able to easy my daily craving. I would definitely recommend for brunch!

Great place to eat. I tried the veggie burger it was delicious and fresh. The fried chicken cheese macaroni is really delicious I highly recommended. They have a great variety of dessert and drinks made with chocolate.

This review may be a little bias because I have a sweet tooth that is always satisfied by chocolate. Like, how can anyone mess up chocolate. Third time coming to Max Brenner and I'm not disappointed. Their chocolate pizza is really awesome, I will say sharing the personal size is your best bet. Other than their amazing desserts, they have regular food which in my opinion is just as good and filling. Be mindful, this place can get crowded. The longest I've ever had to wait to be seated was 50 minutes. So don't come too hungry. Just the right amount of hungry is fine.

Go here for brunch! Get the same food and better service without dealing with the madness of a night time rush and enjoying the wonderful light and decor of the place. We had the most attentive server who never let our glasses go empty and I just don’t think he would have had the energy during the post dinner rush. Highly recommend the crepe and eggs and chocolate pancakes.

Over an hour amd half wait for seating, wait staff was a robot and unwilling to alter dishes. Restaurant was appealing to the eye and entertaining. Front counter girls are very lively and helpful. Hence the 3 star.

They have great chocolate dishes. Definitely try their chocolate pizza. Items are reasonably priced and are served in good portion size. Staff is friendly. I would recommend making a reservation given this place is always packed.

I love that the restaurant offers so many varieties of dessert. Food is good but on the pricey side. Plan to come early because there's always a wait. The store also has a chocolate shop. One of my favorite dessert place in the city.

We made reservations, so we were seated once we entered. I ordered the waffle sandwich and while it tasted fine (I generally didn't like it), it was certainly not worth the >$15 I spent on it. In the end, we ordered the classic chocolate pizza, and while it was delicious, it also didn't taste as great as it looked. Not worth the money.

I went for my boyfriend's birthday and everything was perfect. The service was wonderful and nice, and the pizza dessert was so yummy. I got the Cubano Waffle which was a pretty big size compared to what I thought I was going to be getting. My boyfriend's burger was really small but he was able to the eat all of the dessert. It was a cool place with great atmosphere and delicious food.

Great place for all. Chocolate lovers. Ambience is good. Service takes a long time cause this place is always packed. Deserts and hot chocolate is amazing. Do book ahead of time for reservations cause walk in take a long time to get a table.

Not like any other chocolate restaurant ever. It's like swimming in a vat of melted chocolate. I like to eat healthy but the 2nd time I came here I had to taste some offerings. ALL chocolate dishes and hot cocoa are the best I could imagine tasting. Even the real food is great. Make a reservation!

If you love chocolate, you have to try Max Brenner's! The experience starts with the smell, the air is thick with chocolatey goodness. All around are chocolate themed sayings by the founder, who, through his restaurant, is trying to change chocolate culture. The restaurant was packed at dinner time (obviously) but a 25 minute wait was nothing, they even got us in early. The service was a little slow, probably due to the high volume of people. My wife got a milkshake and I got a sundae. Both were rich and chocolatey. If you like chocolate, you can't go wrong with Max Brenner's!
