Maudslay State Park is a beautiful state park to do anything from walking or running, to eating dinner watching the sunset, to riding your horse. The trails are seemly never ending and you are able to get lost in the beauty out there. Most of the trails are nice and soft with a layer of mulch covering them this is good on the joints. All the people I see here very very nice.

Lovely place. I grew up just down the street. This has always been a goto nature fix kind of place for me. Lovely trails for walking, jogging and biking, complete with all the sights, sounds and smells that come with a stroll in NE wooded areas.

I grew up visiting Maudslay as a kid and now going back as an adult I still love the miles of tails and the beautiful open meadows the park offers

Always a beautiful place to visit with somewhere new to explore. Would of given it 5 stars but they went up on parking. Now 10$ for out of state car. Still worth it but a bummer.

A very special place for me and my family. Been going there for years. Memorial day weekend the rhodies and azaleas bloom and its stunningly beautiful. They have fun festivals, like a haunted trail walk in October. They have art exhibits and sculptures every year. And winter cross country skiing. I even had a wedding there a very long time ago! Great place!

Beautiful place. We went with our 1 year old. You can push a carriage down the trails, but some parts are difficult due to terrain. Beautiful spot for a picnic as there are many trees for cover and the open grass area is accessible from the parking lot and is close to the restrooms.

Wonderful place for a walk. Long trails Along the river, through gardens, and woods. A really nice old estate. Something is blooming all summer long Incredible specimens of Rhody, Azelea and Mountain Laurel. Great birding too!

I love this place. It is right on the river with beautiful views. Great for walking or running. There are also live performances or art shows going on here often. Stumble upon something new every time you go.

What a beautiful place to visit.

The park is an estate that was donated to the state. The entire place is covered with great walking, hiking, and horse trails.

The gardens are pretty, but seemed to be a bit neglected.

There are many events and programs presented here, so make sure you check out their website to see if anything fun is happening when you'll be there.
