Great customer sales representatives. They really know about the mattress business. They advice the customer about how to chose the best option according with individual needs. They have good knolodge of their products and gave us a really good price for the whole set.Come to buy your mattress set in this store. Birama and Eric will put a smile in your face! .

First time mattress buyer and did not know what to expect. Eric was very helpful and walked me through all stages of purchasing a mattress. The experience was great, I would highly recommend shopping for a mattress at mattress firm.

We have purchased two mattresses from this store. They always make the selection and buying process quick and easy. Great value product, quick delivery. We always feel like we get a great deal and the experience is painless!

Mattress shopping sucks, but it sucked way, way less here than anywhere else. The store is nice, clean, and spacious and they have a pretty big selection. Most mattresses are maybe in the $2000 and up, but I don't think the place where you sleep is the place to skimp on.
We worked with Eric to get a mattress that is great, $38 above our price point, and will be delivered soon. All in all, great experience working with him. He was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to show us the difference between the models available, which we super appreciated.response / report this review -

Had a great experience here! I was able to match the price online and left knowing I got the best deal. Free delivery made it easy and as someone with back issues, this mattress definitely helped.

This is a great location! The staff working there were excellent. Both very helpful and good about respecting our budget. Given what a great recommendation they made, I unfortunately don't plan on going back there soon, but I will definitely be sending all my friends there.

Steve was very nice and informative. He didn't try to oversell or pretend to be my long lost best friend. He let us try different things and responded to our impressions. When he sensed that we found something we were interested in, he gave us a fair price without playing any of the typical haggling games. Frankly, he really saved us a lot of time in terms of haggling and in shopping around for a salesperson. We're very happy with our experience.

We just got back from Mattress Firm in Pentagon City and our experience with Steve was excellent! The store is well arranged, clean, new, and the staff is super friendly and not aggressive. After being pounced on several times at other mattress dealers in the area, Steve’s relaxed, patient, and honest approach was refreshing. Plus, he was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and their affordability. We are so happy we went with Mattress Firm!

Steve was awesome with helping us find a great mattress at the right price. He knew a ton about all of the mattresses in the store and gave us a great deal, while not being pushy at all. No reason to even shop around, this is the best location! Definitely recommend coming to this store. Ask for Steve!
