My experience with the Belton store was excellent. The customer service Erin displayed was phenomenal and she definitely went above and beyond. I even decided to bring a friend up after my mattress was delivered.

Awesome experience! Jerry is the guy you’d want to buy your mattress from. He’s the most honest sales person I’ve met. He is very informative, thorough and patient. He will get you the best deal. Make sure you ask for him!

Purchased a dream bed for my daughter. I was very pleased with the quality of the mattress for the price. It came in a box so it was really easy to take home in my car, but they still had a bed available out in the store so I could try it before purchasing. Jerry was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Awesome experience! Jerry Marek, provided prompt, knowledgeable service. He was friendly and not pushy. He showed us the bedding options we had requested. He set us up with mattress, base, pillows, and mattress cover for a fair and reasonable price. If you are looking for new bedding this store is definitely worth a look!

Michael White was great to work with. He asked a lot of questions about how we sleep, had us test several beds to see what we liked, listened to our feedback about each one and helped us pick the BEST option for us. It was quick and easy and I can't wait for delivery!! Plus, they're taking away our old mattress for free! Thanks, Michael!

Mike and Rob gave me and my roommate the best mattress buying experience, they were very knowledgeable and professional. They weren't pushy in trying to get me to purchase anything and I was showed many options of mattresses and different finance options that made me feel like I could get the best mattress, but still have comfortable payments. I also reveived a free pillow to help support my neck better. I recommend anyone who needs a new mattress to come here!

Michael Smith was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative & took as much time as we needed to find the perfect mattress. I've shopped several Mattress Firm stores & this particular location in Belton by far has the best customer service. Rob was just as friendly & knowledgeable. As a team they made sure we left with the right mattress. Even when they stayed 30 minutes late while we waited for a spare key to my car be delivered (because I locked my keys in the car). They were patient & did not make us feel bad for keeping them past closing time. Thanks Rob & Michael for a positive mattress shopping experience.

Rob & Mike were absolutely fabulous! Super funny, beyond helpful. First helped me find my preferred comfort level. Then helped me understand the right kind of support for my body. Were beyond patient and let me take my time. There are great deals. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. I would suggest THIS EXACT location for anyone in the area. Thank guys!

My family I took the grand tour of the store led by big Mike. My wife is a nurse, in her feet for 12 hrs. I'm a stone mason, construction. We both suffer from back, hip and neck issues. Mike listened to us both with the care of a good friend. He led us to bed that would help us, taking us away from the bed we were told buy others to get. My wife was happy with this option. We made our purchase the same day 3-15-2017 and we will have it delivered sat, this weekend.

My husband and I had the pleasure of doing business here recently. Michael Smith, the store manager and Rob Anstine, assistant manager were both super friendly and helpful during our visit. Michael professionally led us through the process of finding the perfect mattress, frame, protectors and sheets! We never once felt pressured or hurried and they even stayed late as we finished making our decision. They educated us on the differences of the mattress designs and made us feel very comfortable with our investment. I have never been as satisfied with a purchase and I am so excited for our delivery to arrive! I highly recommend this store and these fine men to help you! Their attitudes made us feel right at home and actually made this process enjoyable!

This place is awesome! Made the experience super awesome. We went in a few weeks ago to see what we liked and Michael was very helpful and informative. Today we walked in, and had it paid for and the arrangements for it to be delivered the same day ( pretty sweet perk!) within 15 minutes! I'll only ever go here from now on!
