We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Mike Lucey was so helpful explaining all of our options and guiding us in choosing the right mattress for our needs. We can't say enough about how much we appreciated his attention to us.

I haven’t been mattress shopping in about 30 years so I had NO idea what to expect upon arrival to Mattress Firm in Brattleboro. But Rachael politely helped me narrow my options down to two beds and was so patient with me when I couldn’t decide between the two. She just explained the differences to me in a way that I could understand and helped me select the one that addresses my former sleeping issues and got me a great deal on the one I finally picked! I’ve been sleeping on my new bed for about a week now and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend going to see Rachael if you’re dreading the mattress shopping process as much as I was and want a friendly and patient face to guide you to get a great nights rest !

Rachel was great! She was patient with all of our questions and was not pushy about the sale but listened to our concerns about cost and fit. We left feeling very satisfied that we knew what we needed and that we could afford it. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Brattleboro Mattress Firm looking to purchase a new mattress. I went in with a pretty good idea what I was looking for. When I arrived Mike greeted me and listened to what my needs were. He was terrific in making suggestions and recommending what has turned out to be a great mattress. Overall a terrific experience.

I recently worked with Mike Lucey to purchase a new mattress for my daughter. He spent a good deal of time with us going over all of the options and by the time we were done, we had picked the perfect mattress for our needs. It was apparent that he is very knowledgeable about the product line in the store and I appreciated the recommendation he gave us. I will definitely return when it is time for our next mattress purchase.

The staff (Mike Lucey and Rachel Wheeler) at the Brattleboro location provided great customer service when we needed to exchange our bed. They made the experience fun and provided us with a lot of knowledge to help us make a new decision. We are confident we will love our new bed. Thank you!
