I recently moved my car and house insurance over to State Farm, they have been great. Recently I took my elderly neighbors to move there car and house insurance over top them as well. The rep in Smyrna Amy Skay made this so easy for them, very professional and helped them out with all their needs. My neighbors like myself are very happy with the service we both recieved, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Krista was AWESOME!!!! So patient with all of the questions I had (and I had a lot.lol) and she was very knowledgeable of the plans I was inquiring about. There was another company that was close in pricing, but because of her 3 P's (patience, personality and professionalism) I elected to switch to State Farm!!!!
I have managed people and Call Centers for many. many years.Krista is definitely an employee I would want on my team!!!!

The helpful Staff at Matt Basile State Farm are awesome. Krista Brown is amazing and is very responsive and if she doesn't have the answer she is always willing to help guide you in the right direction. I've had State Farm since I was a teenager now in my mid 30's, I couldn't ask for a better company to be committed to.

A little over a year ago I was shopping for car insurance. Not for any particular reason other than to lower my premium. I did a couple quotes with different company’s and nobody could beat progressive for my Wrangler. A couple months went by and I got an email from Tammy K at Matt’s office. She advised me of a new quote she created and it was about $70 less than what I was paying with progressive (for the same coverages)! I decided to switch over to State Farm. A few months later I found myself purchasing my very first home. I contacted Tammy and asked her to bundle my home and auto and now I have an event better rate! She has went above and beyond for me and her response time is amazing! Tammy is definitely an asset to Matt’s team and State Farm as a whole. I want to thank Matt and Tammy for being on top of everything and for their amazing customer service!

Came from Jersey and needed all insurances. Never had State Farm before. Found Matt and his team which were able to fill all our needs. Easy to work with. Answers all questions I may have and keeps us up to date for any changes we may need. Premiums are better than NJ for sure. Would recommend.

Jenn (Jennifer) is awesome. She was very attentive the whole time while we were getting new car and life insurance policies.
