Every time I call the help line for my auto loan the agents are real rude and don't empathize or relate to my situation.They are saving me money but would it kill them to be kind and courteous? That's why I gave a 1 star rating.

Great people. I have been a member for over 20 years and have always been happy with them, but I got charged a fee for wiring money to my account at Matadors. I wasn't sending money out, bringing it in. Doesn't make any sense. If I brought a check in, it would take more time to process it, but there wouldn't be a fee. I am very disappointed with them.

They are patient and willing to assist you in your needs. Often times it's nice and quiet inside and you get your business handled faster than most places I've been to. Would recommend!
