Directed by Rob Covacevich since 2010, The Masuda Monarchs Band & Orchestra is a talented and fun group of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade student musicians who are enrolled in a quality, fee-based music program here at Masuda Middle School. The groups have several stage performances throughout the year and the band is highly involved with school events such as pep rallies, ceremonies, and assemblies. The music classes are open to everyone from complete beginners to advanced level students. Classes are in the morning from 7:30-8:20am. (50 minutes).

Being in the band and orchestra is fun and exciting because you not only get to learn to play music and perform on stage, but you also meet a ton of cool friends, enjoy a few breakfast parties (a.k.a. bacon party), and receive a ton of respect from the entire school for providing an awesome talent. Congratulations! You've made the right decision by joining the Masuda Monarchs Band and Orchestra.
