My first visit with Nicole went fine, she was so sweet and gave me a coupon to use on my next visit...however, when I returned a few weeks later to buy some more products using the coupon I was given, Nicole was not there. The associate who "waited" on me this time was very hostile, taken away from the lunch she was eating and when I presented the coupon I was told I couldn't use it and if I had a problem with that I needed to take it up with Nicole....as I was leaving with my grandson and my husband, we all heard her say to the other employee "I am not getting into trouble for that b****, I don't know her" ..I was so shocked and immediately called their customer service, but was never contacted back, so obviously that's acceptable to them...
