  While I didn't actually need the Roof Maxx (revitalization application) I appreciate the response and free estimate for my roof. They were upfront and I feel like they cared about me and not just making a buck. Thank you guys. When I DO need a rejuvenation of my shingles I'll definitely be calling you!

  I have used this company for other properties and have had a great experience every time. This most recent time, while painting some very tall walls, there was some visible water damage by one of the rafter windows. No idea how long it had been there, whether it was still active, whether there was roof damage etc. The amazing Christian came out and spent quite a bit of time up on my roof and in my very scary attic. He gave the honest assessment that the water damage was from some time ago and there was no problem with the current roof. He could have lied and scammed me and I would not have known. But he stayed true to his principles. As a result, I will use this company exclusively for all of my roofing needs.

  We hired Master Roofing to replace our roof. The experience was fantastic! First of all, they went above and beyond on all the important details that sometimes get skipped by other contractors. Master Roofing planned to do all of the things our 3rd party inspector told us to look for in bids. They do a quality job!
  
  We also opted for a shingle that carries a parts and labor warranty for wind damage as well; which is above the normal warranties out there. It was quite affordable!
  
  Master Roofing's value was great; they came in priced $7,500 less than our independent inspector quoted us for a new roof. And they didn't miss anything included in the inspector's estimate.
  
  As far as things that could have been better, really there's nothing significant. The large dumpster they had brought to our driveway for all the removed old roofing materials couldn't be taken away when the job ended Friday afternoon. The dumpster company couldn't pick it up until after the long 3 day weekend. But Master Roofing was understanding that we weren't happy about that. They even offered us a dinner out on them to try and compensate for the inconvenience. Additionally, we had a few spots of heat stress on our lawn from the tarps they put on the lawn to catch all the roofing debris. The grass will grow out and be beautiful again. Though Master Roofing did hear that feedback and will find ways to avoid that for future clients. They did leave my yard and flowerbeds clean and free from nails and debris! They even use a magnet to pick up unseen roofing nails, just in case they missed the tarps put down.
  
  They truly did a 5 Star job.

  Everyone I've worked at Master Roofing has been friendly and professional.
  My new roof looks fantastic and it was all done in 1 day. Amazing!
  
  It has been a great experience. Christian listened to what I needed and was very helpful and absolutely no pressure. It was a few weeks before I was able to sign the agreement with Master Roofing, while I was dealing with another contractor that would not leave me alone. Christian provided me with great advice and referrals that helped me get that resolved.
  
  With support like that, I'm confident that Master Roofing will be there if I ever have any issues.

  Highest marks to Master Roofing! They did a great job replacing the roof on our house a couple of years ago, so when we had storm damage to a rental property roof, we called them first. Christian helped us navigate the whole process, and his help with the insurance company was invaluable. The roofing team also did a great job. We would recommend these guys any time!
