Loved the experience, Josh did everything he said he would, helped with my insurance, he was here on and off throughout the job. Very hands on. My mom needed one a few months later and the customer service was exactly the same. I always give their name to my friends.

Read carefully this one sided contract. A contract should define in detail the work to be performed. And define the responsibility of each party to the contract. This contract basically places all responsibility for any property damage on the home owner and protects Heritage Construction from any liability for property damage.

Extremely reliable and thorough project management, facilitated communication with insurance company and solar panel deinstall / reinstall. Consummate professionals. Our project manager was Kenny S, and we were especially impressed by him. Definitely recommended, will certainly turn to them if we need any roofing work again.

They showed up in front of our house and offered a free assessment of our roof (great, no problem). Came to the door after his assessment and showed me pictures of 'damage' including a picture of a white ventilation coverI went around my whole house and no where on my roof is a white vent cover; in fact, none of the houses close to ours have a white vent cover. Another added bonus, they also showed my neighbor two doors down the exact same pictures and told her the same story they told me.

We have had several companies approach us over the last year since a hail storm and finally chose Heritage Construction. Immediately after being approached by Keith Franks, I felt something was different about the company. Keith was extremely professional, very communicative and let me know ahead of time of what to expect at each step. He worked with the adjuster when they came and was able to get a crew setup in a week. Keith provided oversight and was very communicative on when people would show and answering any questions immediately via text. We had a new roof in 2 days and gutters scheduled the next business day. I highly recommend Keith and Heritage Construction for roof repair services.
